Really nice guy, REALLY poor agent. Lots of lip service, very little help. Wrote a policy for me that he wasn’t supposed to, ended up being canceled by Allstate many months later. Would have been a nightmare if I had a claim on it. Not sure if he made a mistake or just trying to get away with something, as he stopped responding to me after it «hit the fan.» Bad service.
