Love their chai tea and customer service. Always greeted with a smile and a wonderful cup of coffee or tea. Their chai is the best I’ve had.

My favorite coffee spot in the city. Staff is very friendly and service is fast. Unique menu items not found at your typical big chain coffee stores. Definitely recommend.

I have only purchased coffee from Pegasus twice and the 2nd time the customer service was not good! A blonde gal with light pink dyed hair was the cashier and I guess I was standing in the wrong place to order coffee, but she quickly let me know where to go very sarcastically and smart mouthed! So smart mouthed that I dont have time to deal with that type of attitude in the morning there are too many good coffee shops in Seattle for me to be putting up with those who are not appreciative of customers and the reason that they are employed! . Not a fan and wont be going back to this location! but the coffee is good! $ 3 for an 8oz P. S. Only this location did I experience poor customer service!

Always looking for the best cup of java, I had the opportunity to sample Seattle’s offerings for several days. Three cups a day over 4 days… and no, a visit to Starbucks was not necessary. As I was walking from my hotel, I saw PEGASUS, a hole in the wall in a larger office building. This was by far the best cup of coffee I had. The service was friendly and quick. Tasty baked goods as well. I would’ve given it 5 stars if there was room to sit and enjoy this well made cup of coffee. Bliss!!!

Great customer service, great coffee, and fast. My go-to spot for coffee in the mornings, and I never have to worry about the coffee being poorly made since they’re very consistent.

I’ve been here 3 times now. This coffee stand is on my way to work. The first time I had a really good experience here, the 2nd time not so much, and today, it was a good one too. I asked for extra extra room for cream the first time I came here, in a 12 oz cup, but since the coffee level was so low, they charged me for 8 oz. The next time I came, I asked for the same thing, but they a different girl filled it almost to the brim, even though i said extra extra room for cream… Anyways, coffee is good here. Their danish with the fresh blueberries are really good as well! Next to a piano store, they don’t have any big signs advertising their name.

Cute place with friendly customer service. Just happened to walk by here on my way to Daiso. Classic coffee and espresso choices at reasonable prices.

Pegasus coffee bar is one of my favorite coffee shops near my work. The only downside about Pegasus, and there is nothing they can do about it, is that they don’t have much space to sit. Regardless of the lack of seating, Pegasus coffee is still worth the visit. After 3pm on weekdays it is $ 1 off all latte drinks, meaning you can get a tall espresso drink for about $ 2– just what you need to beat the afternoon lull. The espresso is very flavorful and good quality. The barista is very knowledgeable about coffee drinks and is skilled in making espresso. If you’re looking to try something different, I really recommend their dirty chai(chai tea with a shot of espresso).

Small space, good for grab and go coffee and pastries. And speaking of coffee, I had a cappuccino made just the way I like it — with extra foam! The coffee is wonderful and the baristas are friendly. I highly recommend giving this place a try when you need coffee on the go.

Random find in downtown Seattle. The people were great and the coffee was stellar. I was so happy to see Almond Milk on the menu. Situated inside the Seattle Tower and what a cool building that is! You can totally feel the history of the place. The coffee shop is small but cozy — don’t expect tables and loud music like Starbucks. Stripped down and focused on the important thing: good coffee!

One of my favorite chai’s downtown and both gals are friendly at this tiny location. Always, usually, 99% venti, as well. They also just started carrying this«red chai» brewed tea, non-caffeinated, I think, too.

I’m a huge fan of the main Pegasus location on Bainbridge Island. They roast their own coffee. This location downtown works great to get morning coffee. They’re quick and make sure to get your the right thing every time. So friendly!

In a lot of ways it’s everything you expect from a coffee shop, but they do have a handful of «different» drink options, better pastries and it doesn’t have that factory-like feel of starbucks. Their $ 1 day-old goodies are the highlight of my visits!

Tried a small drip and just loved it. Deep flavor and had just the right bite to lift the clouds the other morning. Akin to SBUX Pike Place roast, though noticeably better. Cute little shop with a few places to stand, drink, and chat with the nice baristas. I will be back!

The first time I went to Pegasus, I wasn’t super impressed. I thought their large Americano was only 16 oz. because when I ordered a large Americano that’s what they gave me and I didn’t realize they had an upstairs. Luckily, a couple coworkers had decided to meet here one day and I discovered the glory of upstairs seating and 20 oz triple Americanos. Plus, the baristas were very friendly on this return trip and I like their tip jar submerged in water to deter thieves. Clever baristas, indeed.

I’ve tried Pegasus about 5 times now just because of the convenient location. After a fair amount of tries, I can say I truly do not like this coffee. Whether it’s iced, a standard Americano, or my choice today — a pumpkin latte, the coffee always tastes burnt. Today’s choice was even worse cause instead of pumpkin flavor, I think soap flavor was added instead. I guzzled it down quickly because $ 3.85, even for a horrible drink, is a lot to pay. On top of that, the customer service is always«meh» — to the point where the baristas seem borderline pissed off to be serving you. I’m sticking with Cherry Street or Tullys.

Awesome music, baristas, scones and drinks. Get the dirty chai(iced) to spice(and ice) up the experience.

Cheaper, & faster than Sbux! If only they had more locations throughout Seattle. It’s a good thing I took another route to work. found this gem right behind my office building.
