I heard a lot of good things about this place. The food was a little bit of a let down after hearing such great things. I got the tomato mozzarella Flatbread sandwich and there was barely anything in one half… it’s ok though, I gave it away. I got a brownie for $ 0.99 which was actually pretty good. The lemonade was good as well.

This place is solid. Good option for a fairly quick meal, with some good healthy options thrown in. The northgate location has free wifi, ample seating, a small fire place, and friendly service.

Good is great, consistent with Panera standards, but the drinks! Yikes! Awful! Anything besides coffee is disgusting. The drinks are very inconsistent. I had the pumpkin spice one time, and it was good, but the second time was so sweet I took 1 sip and dumped more than half out and refilled with coffee. Another time, my mom got a caramel macchiato and I got cappuccino, both were awful! Not going back to get drinks, that’s for sure.

UNSANITARY!!! I had breakfast on(11÷29÷15). I went to the restroom to wash my hands before eating my meal. One of the Panera employees, who had just used the restroom, saw me washing my hands; she seemed annoyed that I was taking my time to wash my hands, so she just walked out of the restroom without washing her hands. I followed her to see if she washed her hands somewhere else, but she went directly to the coffee area to serve herself some coffee. I saw Sabrina, a different Panera employee, so I told her that her co-worker used the restroom without washing her hands. Sabrina told me that her co-worker was«off the clock» so she could not tell her what to do. I told Sabrina that even though her co-worker was off the clock, she was still wearing a Panera uniform and had gone directly to serve herself some coffee with dirty hands. After a about 10 minutes, I saw the employee, who failed to wash her hands working touching the bread. Sabrina went to my table to let me know that she talked to her co-worker about washing her hands, but since she did it while she was off the clock she could not really tell her what to do. Sabrina never told me whether the employee fixed the problem or not. Did she wash her hands? I was disappointed at how this problem was handled. I hope someone takes the time to talk to the staff about the importance of hand washing even if they are just starting their shift, or coming back from a break.

Good sandwiches, soups a bit salty. Ice tea was very watered down. Very nice staff, very good bread I will just stick to the sandwichs and breads in the future.

This is a first time experience at Panera. We came earlier today for a midday fare. I try to avoid soup/sandwich franchises and prefer local however this is also a «bakery» so we decided to try it out. The first thing I noticed is the price. This place is a bit pricey for being cafeteria style. There’s no napkins, salt or pepper on the tables and is mostly self service with a drinking station and you clean away your own table before you leave. We both decided on the pick 2 deal and chose broccoli and cheddar soup. I then picked the Napa almond chicken salad half sandwich and my husband chose the roasted turkey BLT with avocado half sandwich. One thing I noticed is that the cashier was not very forthcoming about the offerings or how everything works. She was pretty impersonal, unfriendly and didn’t give us a choice of bread. We had to have it as it came. The layout of the café is very nice with ample room and many hidden private nooks. The food arrived in a good time and the cup of soup was much larger than expected. My husband with my bite in agreement, thought the Turkey BLT was good. It came on a slice of sour dough with fresh ingredients and fresh chunky avocado. The Turkey was an actual very large and tasty piece of meat. The soup is definitely that broccoli and cheddar soup recipe most people crave and can’t think of where to buy from. It really hits the spot. The soup came with a cold baguette on the side. The chicken salad sandwich was okay, nothing special. I think it could of used more filling. It was spooned on top and when I spread it out, it was more of a smear and lost in the bread :/ As a bakery and only being offered sourdough, it was very tasty and one of the better recipes I’ve had when trying it with the Turkey Avocado BLT. It did not compliment the Chicken salad and I would’ve much preferred a bagel or whole wheat if given the option. As a bakery I was deeply disappointed to be served a chilled baguette with my soup. Any bakery knows better than to refrigerate a French delicacy known for its hard snap and warm soft center… The horror… All in all, glad I went in to finally experience Panera, most likely will only return for soup and that’ll be to go. Its a slight upgrade to fast food. The pick 2 with the chicken salad sandwich isn’t worth it, hardly any filling to make it worthwhile, no herbs or flavor. The Turkey BLT with avocado is recommended and of course the the broccoli and cheddar soup is as well. I will never come back to try any pastries since they can’t get a simple baguette right. The price averaged out to be $ 11+ for a pick 2 per person +tips…unreasonable for a cafeteria type experience and when you take into account that you get your own drinks/condiments as well as clean the table and clear your own plates at different cleaning stations, it’s not worth it. One star for Turkey BLT One star for Soup There was absolutely nothing else I could give them stars for.

The food is always good, staff is always friendly, but today, one young man, an employee — judging by his uniform– so kindly moved so my friend and I could sit by the fireplace in our favorite spot. Thanks Carl! You made our visit to «our favorite spot» extra special!

I always have a good experience at this location, even at noon when the line is crazy long. I order catering for delivery & pick up, order ahead for takeout, or just show up sometimes. The lines move pretty quickly. Nicer to have a meeting here than Starbucks, and in the summer their outdoor area is awesome! As for the overtaking panera menu, the options to mix and match Sammys and salads are nice, and the new noodle bowls are super healthy and filling! I just stay away from the sweets. I’m not sure the price matches what you get, but it’s still decently better than a fast food option.

The people who work here are the slowest, laziest, workers I have ever encountered in an establishment. Im here right now waiting for my food for 15 minutes with no line at all. While the employees stand around chatting with each other casually. Thursday at 4:22, april 2nd. If you were working at this time, have a little character and pride in your work.

Well I would love to give a review and how they will the food may or may not taste. But I flat out refuse to eat in an establishment that I have to stand in line for 5 minutes and not have a single person asked me if I wanted anything. Not to mention there were two people in front of me with their cards in their hands and no one came to ask if they needed help either.

I was meeting a friend for lunch, and she suggested Panera. I hadn’t been before and was open to trying it. I won’t be returning, as it just isn’t for me. It isn’t anything special, as the food is really plain and the menu is small. Panera is basically just soup, bread, salad and sandwiches. The strawberry smoothie I had didn’t have much of a taste to it and I could barely tell there was any strawberry flavor to it. This location has a lot of seating, including outdoors seating. There’s zero decoration or any feel to the place. A lot of brown, tan, and black with no real design or thought put into the ambiance. It reminds me of a school or hospital cafeteria. There is a lot of parking at the mall, but it’s pretty full. Food: 2 Service: 3 Ambiance: 2 Parking: 3

This has been one of my favorite spots to study at. The area is spacious and the place doesn’t get too loud even on busy days. Be sure to bring your Panera card to get your occasional free pastry. The only thing that bugs me sometimes is that seats near the door let in quite a draft, so definitely sit more inside. This probably explains why those seats are generally empty even on busy days.

I really need to stop coming to this location. The only reason why I still eat at Panera bread is for their tomato basil bread. If they did not have that, I would never eat at any of their chains again. It does not matter how busy they are, every other time I come to panera they mess up on my order, which would not be a big deal if I discovered it before taking it home. I know what you’re thinking, «check the bag!» I check the bag to make sure that I have the correct items but lately when I open the bag something inside my sandwich is missing. Last time I ordered a power breakfast sandwich that comes with ham, egg, and Swiss and they forgot the egg. I was missing 1⁄3 of the ingredients. When I called they apologized and said they could no longer refund my money over the phone a but would be happy to refund in person. The only issue was I picked up my breakfast on the way to work and would not be able to return until near closing. I explained my side and they said they would send me meal coupons for my next visit and that was almost 2 months ago and in still waiting. I even filled out their survey at the end of my receipt and one of their managers called me and I’m not sure what was more awkward, Having someone mock my complaint over the phone or the long pause between when I said something(in which I thought we were disconnected) If you decide to eat here be aware that this is your basic bakery/café place so they don’t have any special meats or cheeses. It’s an over price sandwich and there’s a good chance they will mess up on your order. My advice is if you can not stay away alway double and triple check your order and most importantly if you get a sandwich make sure your order is correct.

It must have been a really cold day out and I was craving coffee because the small coffee that I ordered tasted absolutely delicious. I always like Panera Bread, their selection of pastries, varieties of drinks and combinations of food. What I dislike is how they maintain their store. Food can be tasty as much as you want it to be but if the restaurant looks like it was hit by a tornado will make any meal go sour. The employees are polite, don’t get me wrong but I figure along with their positive and friendly attitude that they’re hard workers too. Tables with trash on them, garbage piled up. And dont get me started on their bathroom. 2 star just because their coffee hit the spot.

Not sure what drew me to Panera when I was in college but any time I’ve been back in recent years I always question my decision. It’s nothing special and the quality of the food has been on the decline. Sadly, I think they’re trying to compete more with other fast food chains so the food is less healthy and as a result, less fresh than it used to be. I do like that if you’re trying to make a meal of a visit, you can order a half sandwich and a salad, but it’s also hard not to order a bunch of baked goods or sweet coffee or soda drinks and leave feeling like you might has well have just gone to McDonalds. Though the food isn’t amazing, it is still a better space for a meeting or to kill time. Most locations have free WIFI and the set up is more like a coffee shop or lounge than a fast food joint. It’s not hard to grab a coffee, a bagel, and hang out on your computer for a good long while.

My salad was great tasting and a huge proportion! You have to put your own dishes away near the trash and the reviews are true – the stacks of dishes is ridiculously high.

This Panera is always a mess! I dare you to go in there after 7:00 pm and find a clean table! I realize that Panera is a bus your own table type of place but for some reason the patrons at this location are too entitled and just leave their plates and trash on the table. The staff here are lazy and rude, as I was trying to get someone’s attention to order she was intently sweeping the cash register area and was just pissed that I was in the way. The cashier was sweeping out the b

Panera Bread is a chain of bakery-café in the States, however, I never get a chance to try it. It snowed on Friday morning and we wanted to stay till noon to see the snow was cleared. We barely to make it at Alderwood mall, so we went there for breakfast. We smelled fresh bakery when we walked in, we found a lot of breads, sandwiches, salads and beverages. Wild Blueberry Scone — It’s good, just a bit dry and hard outside. Kid’s meal — Mac & Cheese with chips. It’s kid’s flavour meal, however, my friend’s daughter didn’t like coz too soggy. The chips quite greasy. Onion soup — Liked instant onion soup(Campbell’s soup?) Ham & Egg sandwiches — It’s good too. Overall, it’s pricy with such quality of food.

I had lunch here and also took home a loaf of their grain bread. The sandwich selection is large and they have soups and paninis in addition to baked goods(which they bake on site). Their coffee is OK. Panera is a national chain and so it has that chain store look to it and lacks any kind of cozy local feel, but I was hungry when I came in and satisfied when I left.
