I just bought my first house, and it was a bit of a fixer. I asked Pac West to gut the crawl space, install a new sump pump, rebuild my garage, and put a new roof on the house. Their prices are reasonable. The work that they do is of the highest quality. And when it looked like there was going to be a bump in the road, Zack worked over time to make sure that my projects got done the way I wanted them done.
We worked with a sub-​contractor to do the roof portion of the projects. The roof sub was awful. I never knew that putting on a new roof could be so painful. And the worst part was that I was the one who had chosen to use this roofing company. Lesson learned: Pac West has people that they know and trust. I should have used them. Despite all of the problems with the roofing company, Zack really worked over time to keep my projects on track. He kept me updated on the progress that was being made daily. He was always available if I had questions. He was quick to respond to my e-​mails/​phone calls. I was never left in the dark, and when you are spending thousands of dollars, you don’t want to be left in the dark.
