I called Northwest Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners on the recommendation of neighbors. They called the night before to confirm their arrival time — between 9 — 10 AM. Just after 9 AM a truck pulls up, but not Northwest Carpet. It was Lightening Carpet Cleaning. Bottom line, I was not disappointed in their performance. Soiled areas were pre-​treated. Stains and spots that had been left by previous cleaners were removed. Stains consisted of pet urine, organic and water stains from plants, rust from old shelving and good old ground in dirt in heavy traffic areas and stairs.
