Neighborcare Health at High Point – Dental Clinic

Dr. Bai has been my dentist for several years now. He is the BEST as well as his assistant, Atisha. I saw a couple of other dentists when I first went but was taken over by Dr. Bai soon after. I feel like I’m part of his family, that’s how much he cares. He’s even called me at home, wanting to know how I was feeling after a procedure. He’s very gentle when working on my teeth. I guess the best way to sum him up is that he’s REAL, and very down to earth.

I felt extreme pain and was in rush to see any dentist in West Seattle. Someone whom I don’t talk to anymore, recommended that I tried this place out. Since it’s less than 5 minutes away, it was better. I came in and explained and situation and got to see someone though I had to wait for some time. I was told i needed to come back to get my two wisdom teeth out! Now that explained the pain! I got an appointment to return to get those teeth out, and I wasn’t making much at the time so I asked if how much would that cost me. I was told by the receptionist that I could bring my last 2 paychecks and I didn’t need to pay out of pocket. I was very grateful and happy. Staff and doctors were very nice and helpful. I got my teeth out quickly. I hope whatever happens to city’s budget, this place will stay intact for other low-​income folks who are in need of professional care.
