Miracle Spa

I was really hoping this place would work out since it was so close to my house. But, sadly it was a disappointment. I honestly am shocked this place has 4 stars here on Unilocal!This place is dirty, run down, and they don’t do a very good job at doing manicures and pedicures. The only thing that was decent was the foot massage I got from the guy who worked there. But, that is not a good enough reason to go back. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! Look elsewhere unless you want to leave disappointed!

Just like any strip-​mall spa. Pleasant atmosphere. Good cuticle care. Cheerful and friendly staff. Best massage chairs of any strip-​mall nail house I’ve been to.

It was Sunday evening and I was desperate for a haircut. I swung by here since its close to home. Walked in, one lady working, asked for a haircut and I got one. Definitely the 2^nd worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. Not trying to be mean, but trying to save any man from the looks I have to go through while showing my face in public for the next month. I’m not sure if the lady who cut my hair was even licensed. The picture on the license was of somebody else and none of the other stalls displayed a haircutting license. It took 45 minutes also, leaving me with lots of time to reflect on why I always get myself in these kind of situations.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in there was garbage on the ground, and Olive Garden take out on the sofa where I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time. She gave me the longest shellac manicure (took over an hour) and the polish didn’t even stay on. At the end when she took the alcohol to wipe them down the polish came right off! She tried to touch spots up and redo them but it looked horrible. She insisted it still looked great but I asked her to take it all off immediately. After putting the acetone and wrapping my fingers in foil I had to wait another 15 minutes. She started cutting someone’s hair and I had to take the foil off my fingers myself and ask her to come over and scape the rest off so I could leave since I had now been here over an hour and a half. I’m so disappointed and she even charged me $ 10!!! She said she would give me a discount and only charge me for a manicure even though it was a total waste of time and she didn’t even fully remove my shellac! I’m also posting a picture of my nails that was my «removal». I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I decided to try Miracle Spa since it’s the closest to my house. It was quiet in there, no one else around. Rose was very friendly and professional. I appreciated that the shop was clean, clean, clean. I like that they have the pedicure bowl liners for the massage chairs.
I was a little disappointed they didn’t have much variety in shellac colors. I wanted a blue and lime green for Superbowl. I was surprised they didn’t have lime green. We are in Seattle after all and those should be two fashion colors every nail shop should have. Other than that, I would come back again.

Walking in, there was one woman behind the main desk. The pedicure stations looked like they had been used, but not immediately cleaned up, just left. There was an unpleasant smell throughout.
The final result of the pedicure was fine, however if you were hoping for any pampering, this is not the place. The leg massage consisted of repeated gentle squeezing.
Would not reccommend.

Very friendly and professional. Did a great job on my «sports pedicure» (they took direction really well on the fact that I only wanted nails trimmed, without massage etc.).
Price was great, and walk-​in was welcomed!

The only service I’ve had are pedicures and they are great! Very clean salon and friendly staff. I don’t usually have my nails painted and opt for a buff polish. The buff polish I received the last time I was there was the best one I’ve ever had. My nails were naturally shiny for well over a month. The foot and leg massages are great too. The products that are used are mildly scented and there are no strong chemical odors, which I appreciate.

I definitely agree with the previous reviewer, Alex K., this is a great place! Not sure why more people don’t review it, I’m guessing that the clientele is attempting to make it our little secret! So to prevent this place from disappearing, I will review and also encourage others to a) try it out and then b) write a review.
I also think (the co-​owner) Rose is so sweet & nice, but beyond that gives a wonderful, perfect looking, long-​lasting pedicure. Mine usually last about 3 weeks!
A pedicure is time to relax & enjoy (& get a great foot massage), so if you’re busy & time is a factor for you, be upfront about it.

I went in for a pedicure and what a treat! I had no idea this place was so awesome! Super clean and wonderful customer service. They also offer a 75 minute massage for only $ 30! I will be coming back again very soon

Yes the other reviewers are right: This place really doesn’t have many customers. I’m guessing that some of the bad reviews are due to the fact it’s primarily run by one woman, Rose. I’ve had a couple pedicures there, and encourage as many people as possible to go and support this place. It’s really clean, Rose is really nice and she really puts her self out for her customers. Cheapest pedicure I’ve ever had: $ 21! And that comes with a nice leg rub and massage chairs I’d pay just to sit in.
I think it’s only been open less than a year, so I hope that it will pick up some steam in the neighborhood. Please give Miracle Spa a try!

This place is alright, clean and tidy, dead as a door nail! No customers! The staff is super friendly, and they are very kind people, but I don’t think I will be returning here.
I purchased the deluxe pedicure-​which normally entails a leg/​foot scrub and massage, and paraffin wax. They did all that which was wonderful (They give awesome massages) But it took almost TWO hours, my feet got all soft and pruney before she was done. Normally when I get this elsewhere it is about an hour. (Cost was 36 $ with a french tip)
They were very thorough and paid attention to details and answered any questions I had. I’m just glad I tried this on a day off, I didn’t know it would take so long. They didn’t notice me checking the clock or that the chair was to close to them, and I was slyly holding my feet out of the water as to let them dry out a little bit.
When they got to the actual painting part that went really quickly. They didn’t do a good job of cleaning my nails, and the paint at a closer look after I left was not good at all. The people are nice, the company is lovely and pleasing to the eye, but all in all, if they were more efficient and did a better job at painting my nails I would go back. I’m going to stick with my favorite place from now on.
