Stay clear from this establishment! around 1:40 am today I went on their website to order two pizzas and have them sent to a hotel in Bellevue(mind you it was a ten minute drive). As I checked on Unilocal, they delivered to that area and so I went forth with ordering. I ordered, and paid, and got a confirmation email sent to me to be delivered to the area by 2:30. Around 2:20 am I got a phone call from the driver basically telling me they don’t deliver to the area. As I argued with the driver he basically told me a completely different address than what I had given prior and acted snarky to me. He also went on and basically told me he was not going to drive that far and that it wasn’t his problem. He proceeded to call his manager and called me back again to tell me that they will give me my money back and not get my pizzas at all. I truly was furious at the fact that they let me order and pay then reject me food and service ten minutes before they were to be delivered. I then got a call from another employee that started yelling at me and arguing with me. He was arguing so much that I could not get a word in with him whatsoever. Basically defending the driver in any means necessary. But then I thought«the customer is always right» right? He basically treated me like a little child as he yelled at me and continued to make me look like I was in the wrong. I got his name and I will definitely be making a trip to them to talk to the manager personally. I was truly shocked as to how these two employees handled the situation. They had no seem to care at all about the customer, and they just acted like animals. I have never had such bad customer service than I have here. And Unilocal should make sure that they change the part where it says they deliver to Bellevue when clearly they don’t.

If I could give less stars I would. Heck, I am going out of my way to write a review! And I didn’t even eat the food! Because it was never delivered. After TWO hours of waiting, being told, «the driver is on his way» 3 separate times I gave up and canceled the order. If you would like to test your patience and deal with rude people, I would HIGHLY recommend them.

The only thing this place has going is the late night delivery. I ordered the spaghetti and the garlic bread that came with it was all burnt and stale. The pasta was drowning in sauce and I got cheese when I asked for no cheese. Thanks but I’ll pass on here from now on.

I was surprised at how yummy this place was since I read the reviews first! I had a coupon for Eat24 and this place had the cheapest minimum so I decided to order despite reviews. They came within the 1 hour delivery time frame and the food was delicious and hot! I ordered a beef gyro and a side salad with shrimp. The gyro was a basic gyro with beef strips, lettuce, onion, tomatoes, feta and the tatziki sauce came on the side. I wish I had more of the sauce because it was so good. I will ask for extra sauce next time. The salad was your average side salad with some small cocktail shrimp on it. The shrimp was flavorful and there was plenty on there. Well worth the money and I will order again! Give this place a shot before you turn it down because you might have a great experience like I did and if you don’t who cares it’s cheap!

The food is still hot by the time it gets delivered to me. The food is really great and the prices are right. I always get the jalepeño poppers, baklava, and gyro salad. I think they know me by now. This is my late-night reliable go-to, I’m so glad I moved nearer to it!

Terrible delivery service. They said 45 min or less and it took over an hour. They asked if it was residential or hotel. I said hotel and figured they were asking so they’d know to provide plates and silverware. When they delivered with nothing, they said they can provide«if requested». What the hell then is the point of asking if it is a residence or hotel?! Oh yeah, and the pizza isn’t great either. The top looked burned and the taste was less than mediocre. Skip this place altogether.

We ordered the Mediterranean Pizza, had it delivered. We liked it. It was delivered in a timely manner(20 minutes). Crust was medium, not too thick and not too thin. A little crispy and a little chewy, just like I like it. Good amount of pesto and cheeses and toppings; I wouldn’t have minded a little more fresh tomato, but there was a sufficient amount. Pizza seems to be a pretty subjective thing, but we thought this was very good.

What can I say? They offered free, late night delivery to my downtown Seattle hotel. The food was edible, but the question MUST be asked: Was it good? Were we satisfied, satiated having started then completing our(hubby & me) meals? Absolutely not! He had a Parmesan chicken sandwich(blahhh); I had a chicken Caesar salad, no croutons(eeekkk). If this delivery wasn’t affordable, we would have given no more than 1 star. Save you dollar bills.

Employees do not wash their hands between handling meats and vegetables. They also do not wear gloves when preparing food. I’m very bummed to say I won’t be returning here. I generally order delivery or take out but not after witnessing my take out order being prepared. Unacceptable!

Open until 3AM is a huge plus, and free delivery is pretty great if you live far enough away to need it(I don’t). If you’re going, stick to the pizza and calzones. It’s straightforward, decently executed, and a bit greasy. You’ll pay a little bit too much, but you’re already making questionable decisions getting 3AM pizza, so just roll with it. AVOID the pasta dishes. They seem to be prepped in advance and then baked to order, so they’re overdone and utterly swimming in sauce. My fiancée and I both got alfredo sauce pastas, and after we’d finished the saturated noodles there was still at least a half cup of cream sauce left for each of us — pretty disgusting. Garlic bread is also half-assed. Appetizer stuff is fine but nothing special — the standard pre-made stuff pulled from the freezer and fried. I think the soup option was supposed to be garlic soup, but it was pretty flavorless and devoid of vegetables. Stick to the strong points and you’ll have a nice little greasy late night pizza shop. Deviate at your own risk.

The worst pizza I have ever had in my life. Pizza was dry, WAY over cooked, and was flavorless. The worst Caesar ever as well. Our lettuce was completely brown and soggy. Never coming here again.

I’ve ordered from these guys twice. The first order resulted in some great pizza, though the delivery was about half an hour late, and the breadsticks were hard as a rock and burned. All in all, an OK experience but a little disappointing. The second order they cancelled without calling me shortly before it was supposed to be delivered. I have never heard of a restaurant accepting a delivery order and then cancelling before, but apparently these guys do that. Thoroughly unimpressed. It’s a shame, since they’re the only folks open this late. No thanks.

Disclaimer We have a gluten free household so this is for the Gluten Free Items on their menu. This pizza is not gourmet but the best late night standard pizza. WE Love it! Its always super timely delivery and they deliver late! The pizza is the standard crunchy thin crust but it doesn’t fall apart and is never doughy. They use great toppings and have a variety of specialty pizzas. The salads are also fantastic! Always obviously fresh ingredients in the salads.

We ordered Milano Pizza & Pasta last night and it tasted horrible. Giving two stars because the delivery was fairly quickly and they are open late. We ordered a roasted garlic pizza with garlic bread and both were very unsatisfactory. My girlfriend and I barely got through one piece of pizza and didn’t want any more. Then we tried the garlic bread too, which was very crunchy and overcooked. Not a very pleasant meal to end our night! If you are thinking of getting delivery, I suggest trying another place.

I ordered the carbonara to be delivered from Milano Pizza & Pasta through Eat24. The estimated delivery time when I placed my order was 45 – 60 minutes, which updated to a confirmed delivery time of 60 minutes. The food was delivered 33 minutes later than the confirmed delivery time of 1:44pm. The delivery guy not only got lost(dude, you have ONEJOB… I gave an exact address with a suite number) and had to call me for help, when I gave him visual cues to the building(besides the address number being on the side of the building), he sounded frustrated, as though HE’d been the one waiting for his food for over an hour and a half. I even walked downstairs to meet him at the entrance of the building; he literally shoved the box in my hand as he was walking past, without stopping, and said«there you go» without so little as a smile(an apology for the delay would’ve been nice). I’m not sure that I’ve ever seen green onions in a carbonara before today. Given how late the food was, I was so hungry I really didn’t stop to taste the food. It was unremarkable, but edible. tl;dr — Avoid Milano Pizza & Pasta. Their delivery staff sucks, the food was super late, and tastes just«meh».

Bomb late night pizza place! As a night shift worker I couldn’t appreciate that even more! You can order delivery until 3am and orders over $ 10 get free delivery(at least I did on my Eat24 app). I personally always go for their calzones.

Big plus: delivers late and pretty efficiently, and the crust is outstanding. Otherwise, it’s very sub-par for the price. Their ingredients are very common, frozen, your average/bulk ingredients. Nothing very special or sought out intentionally. Ultimately, they’re priced similar to pizza places that work hard to source local ingredients and high quality, but it’s not really there. To their favor though, they don’t try and go over-fancy like those local-focused places do, they don’t really have weird ingredients that are hard to find, they just just serve the most basic greasy pizza, and some people like that!

I tried this place because of a Unilocal Elite swearing by it, but as a pizza connoisseur myself, I was unimpressed. I ordered a cheese pizza with alfredo over marinara and a salmon pizza as per their recommendations. The cheese pizza was good. It reminded me of good cheesy bread. It was a little light on toppings though. There was only a thin layer of cheese on the pizza, which was apparent in comparison to the crust(which was average). The salmon pizza was very different. I liked it, but I didn’t want to eat a lot of it. It was fun to try it, but I don’t think I’d ever order it again. It’s worth trying once, but that’s it. This is almost a novelty specialty pizza. This place was not bad. It just wasn’t great. The pizza was very average and there are 3 other pizza places in delivery distance of me that I’d rather eat at, especially for the price. Paid $ 37 after tax/tip(free delivery) for a large cheese and medium salmon. My favorite pizza place gets me two large pizzas for $ 30 after tax/tip/delivery fee. That gives me very little reason to order from these guys again.
