WHAT A JERK! I was walking around Green Lake and saw a realtor’s open house so I decide to pop in since I had been looking for a townhouse in the area. It was a beautiful day and the listing agent, Michael Cornell, was sitting on the front porch. He welcomed me in and handed me a flyer. I looked around the place and on my out told him what a nice house it was. He asked me if I was in the market for a new house and if i had an agent. I told him I was looking but that I already had an agent and would prefer a place with less traffic nose. The flyer he had given me was full color and mutli-paged so I felt bad taking it with me just to throw it away. I started to put it back with the others when he suddenly reached out and snatched it from my hand and snarled, «if you’re not going to take it with you, don’t put it back with the others since you’ve already ruined it». After a brief pause of disbelief, I told him he had a bad attitude as I walked out the door. He retorted with a loud«f*ck you». It seems Michael’s manners depend on whether or not he expects to make a buck off you.
