I used McQuesten Framing, in Madison Park, to frame 2 pictures of my grandfather. Dee, the owner, was very helpful in assisting me in picking out mats and frames. Her quote was competitive and she completed the job on time. The final charge was what was quoted and I am very satisfied with the quality of work. I would highly recommend McQuestan Framing.

BEWARE! It took more than twice the quoted amount of time of 3 hours. The project ended up costing our family more than double the estimate. And let me assure you, it’s a project I wouldn’t have hired her for had I known I would be hit with over $ 1100 bill for work that isn’t even complete. Several pieces are left unhung simply because I had to kindly ask her to quit at the 7 hour mark. When I emailed her with my concerns post project, she responded horribly, ensinuating that my husband and I couldn’t afford her, insulting our art and furniture, etc. I’m not trying to disparage any reputation here– I’m simply stating the facts. She told me 2 – 3 hrs to hang approx 100 pieces and it took 7 hours to hang 52 pieces. I would never recommend anyone do business with her. She was very unprofessional.
To sum it up best, I would like to pass along a direct quote, «Be very careful about attempting to damage our stellar reputation, we would react strongly to any published untruths regarding our work.»
Who knows how many other people did not leave a review because of that type of comment.

I had an off-​size, large picture that I took to McQuesten. It was done in a short amount of time even though she had to order supplies. Very professional and a very good price. I recommend!
