If I could give this team 10 stars, I would.
Finding and purchasing the right home is a stressful experience. The logistics alone are enough to cause a high strung type A control freak like myself to go into cardiac arrest. Add in the emotional aspect of buying a home — and I would have gone off the deep end were it not for the amazing team at Madison Avenue Realty.
This is a truly outstanding and genuinely kind bunch of folks. They not only helped us find the right home for our family, but they also connected us to all the ancillary services (lender, inspectors, handymen, movers, packers, etc.) necessary to actually make it all a reality. Vijya, Gina, Kris and Sarah answered my neverending questions (and are still doing so!), Kris helped us make sure we had all our i’s dotted and t’s crossed, Gina and Sarah went above and beyond in helping us coordinate moving logistics, and cleaning up our old place — all within a VERY tight schedule. They are even helping us rent out our old place.
In this market, a realty team that shows you homes that meet your criteria is table stakes — however many home viewings it takes. But the «extra-​mile» stuff is what differentiates the great teams from the rest — and this outstanding team delivers some serious white glove service!

Vijya helped guide us through our first home buying experience. We had some ideas of what we wanted and where we wanted to live, but she helped us solidify our desires and find the perfect house for all of our needs. The house we ended up buying had multiple offers and somehow Vijya got the seller to choose our offer. I am a worrier, but Vijya made the whole experience fun and exciting. We could not have asked for a better real estate agent. We intentionally bought a house that needed some remodeling and had an unfinished basement. Vijya offered to discuss our plans for remodel in the future at no cost so that we’d have a real estate perspective when making large financial investments in the house. We recently took Vijya and her team up on that offer and it was immensely helpful. Vijya and her team genuinely care about their clients. I whole heartedly recommend Vijya and her team to my friends.

These people continuously email me despite repeated requests to take me off their contacts list. I finally called them because the volume was getting so annoying and the person on the other end was beyond rude.
RUN in the opposite direction. I wouldn’t want anyone working with me on real estate who behaved so rudely.
