D ton, This is definitely the place to shop with everyday, they got very friendly staffs, very helpful + they got lot of selection and best price through out Washington, when I mistakenly opened up the item and find out it my fault and want to return it, they happy to return any item as long as not be used AWESOME :), absolutely shop here again.

Very expensive prices not a good deal for a large or comercial grow. They want 15 $ for a block of dried coco husk. And 30 dollars for a bag of husk that I can find other places for 10. Large store with a lot of selection just be prepared to get bop’ed at the registar.

Lucky Greenhouse & Light is amazing! They have an enormous selection of greenhouse and gardening supplies, bulk pricing, and staff that is incredibly knowledgeable and are willing to share their knowledge to further your success. They’re my gardening gurus, always ready with answers and support. We spent a lot less than we budgeted for in building our garden and it’s great to be able to have a one-​stop shop for supplies that we will need all the time. If you grow herbs in your kitchen window or have a large commercial operation, this is the place!

Being single, with no kids or animals, I dote on my spider plant, Frederick. He is my pride and joy. Needless to say he won’t have babies, and hasn’t for the 3 years that I’ve had him. I’ve checked countless websites, all of which stating that I should wait. 3 years is enough waiting, so I decided to enlist the help of professionals. What I found has far exceeded any expectation of mine.
I took Frederick in to Lucky Greenhouse and Lighting expecting to be sent home with just a bottle of magic, but instead I got service that still has my jaw dropped. Every person working here was beyond friendly, but not in that creepy I’m going to follow you home kind of way, but in that make you comfortable and not feel like a geek because you named your spider plant and fawn over it like it’s a small child. And the employees are INCREDIBLY helpful. I was not sent home with just a bottle of magic, I came to found out my baby plant was sick and they took him in to take care of him for a couple of weeks with a soil treatment and some warm lamps to make him happy and well again. I am still floored. Amazing service.
And it wouldn’t be a proper review without a mention for their stock. What a selection! I don’t know much about gardening or growing things, but I know that should I begin this will be the ONLY place I shop. Kudos!
I dropped it one star solely for the fact that it’s tricky finding the place. Third ave is a weird street, almost has a big parking lot feel to it, so it’s a bit daunting dodging cars while looking for this hidden gem of a store. Bigger signs pointing it out and it’d be golden!

This place takes a little looking to find, but once you do, it will be very well worth the effort. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the prices are better than any I have found anywhere else, bar none, and they have everything you could ever need. My fiancé and I found it while out looking for a different hydro store that was in the same general area. Needless to say, we never needed to find the other store. We were able to get everything we needed to put our garden together, and we spent several hundred dollars less than what I had estimated by visiting other stores online.
