We had the most amazing experience with Phil from Loan Simple. I am a person that typically finds fault and doesn’t give out 5 stars unless I have have been impressed and the business has gone above and beyond. Phil was nothing but professional while friendly and knowledgable. He even gave us tips that potential would increase our credit score for a better rate! I worked with Phil to buy a house in Seattle in early 2015, which is as bad as it gets for a seller’s market. Phil’s approach helped us win a competitive bid against a buyer with more cash down than us. I hope I never have to buy a home again in Seattle, but if I do, I’ll definitely call up Phil again.

My Wife and I used Phil for the purchase of our 3rd Home. I have been out of the Service for 20 years now and I had no issues using the VA loan through Loan Simple. He was very help full and very knowledgeable on my VA Loan. Phil made the whole processes easy and stress free.
I understand the process is long and can take some time. During this time the market will go up and down. Phil had his recommendations and we listened to him. At no time did I feel Phil was giving me the run-​a-​round or even trying to rip us off. He was very professional over the phone and even in person.
Our outcome was very satisfying and we will use him again.
