Licton Springs Apartments

My boyfriend and I moved in about 2 weeks ago. Even though we’re still new here, I feel like I can give a solid review about our experiences from when we first toured the apartment to moving in.
We had the apartment tour with the property manager, Katie. She was very helpful in answering all of our questions and reassuring us of our decision.
The move-​in process was very easy and straightforward. Katie met me at the apartment to do the move in process and give us keys.
Our apartment at Licton Springs meets our every need!
The apartment includes:
— Washer /​Dryer
— Dish washer
— Temperature controlled baseboard heating
— Large balcony
— Large bathroom w/​vanity
— Marble quartz countertops
— Stainless steel appliances
— Parking garage
— Key only access into building
So far, all the residents are very friendly and quiet. The neighborhood is quiet and there’s Licton Springs Park close by. Greenwood is a short walk away, about 1.2 miles (if you like walking) or a 5 minute drive. There’s a brewery right across 99. about a 5 minute walk.
If you’re like my boyfriend and I, and like to be close to bars, breweries, restaurants, etc., but don’t want to be surrounded by the hussle and bussle… this is the perfect place for you!

I have lived here since April, and one of my packages from an online order got opened a month ago, and someone stole a package that was delivered yesterday. They don’t keep packages in their office, and we recently got a new apt manager who we have never met. I don’t recommend this place, but I don’t think my brother is willing to move any time soon because we moved here so that I could be closer to work. Get a P.O. Box if you move here and have other packages that require a physical address sent to a family/friend’s house!
