I hired Alex based on a referral I received from another attorney. I was very impressed with the follow through and responsiveness that Alex has. He has a very pragmatic approach and is extremely knowledgeable in the field of employment law. Alex is very patient in explaining the details and going through all of your options. Don’t be fooled by Alex’s gentle nature, he is extremely persistent when in comes to getting what you want. I would highly recommend him.

It is hard to know where to begin providing my feedback about Alex because every facet of working with him has been exceptional. For example, in his first email response started out with a beautifully empathetic statement of understanding which immediately helped me know I had found my guy!
I’ve unfortunately had to deal with many lawyers in my life (not of my own choosing) and Alex leaves all of those experiences in the dust, he is that awesome. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, balanced and respectful in his communications, direct, honest, open, kind & compassionate (IMO an unusual quality for a lawyer) and throughout the process very responsive. In the most compassionate and kind way, balanced with knowledge and expertise Alex advised my next steps in a way that would help me not only with the legal piece but also emotionally. He never judged, just supported. I often joked with him that I felt like some days he had to play a dual role of lawyer and therapist. He really cares and it shows. He listens and he advises based on a myriad of facts to help guide you to the best solution taking into consideration the legal points + your well being. At points in the process I thought I would never make it through the gauntlet. He was supportive and strong throughout which was the anchor that I needed. Towards the end of my case, his guidance on options and the repeated statement of «do what you feel is best for you» empowered me to transition over the ‘finish line’ in a manner that was simply perfect for my situation. He was even able to exceed the goal we set without me knowing it and it took me a few weeks after the finalization of things for me to realize what had happened because he never pointed it out. The man is super humble too. I never felt pressured to make a decision, I always felt well informed, I always felt like I could ask questions and gain clarification anytime something occurred all while navigating a really tough situation. I couldn’t have asked for better representation. I’ve recommended Alex to many individuals and would unequivocally, without hesitation tell anyone going through employment issues, needing an attorney… CALL ALEX. He is everything a good lawyer should be and thankfully doesn’t fit any of those ‘lawyer’ stereotypes. In a world filled with lots of messy nonsense, Alex is the hidden GEM that can bring order and clarity to employment challenges where you need some help.

He was responsive (even when he was on vacation), helpful, thorough, thoughtful, detail-​oriented and obviously experienced at this area of law. I’ve worked with a lot of lawyers in both a professional capacity as well as for personal business and he was definitely one of the good ones.
When things got emotional for me during one point of the negotiations, he offered counsel that was thoughtful yet unemotional. I appreciated that he was able to bring balance to the situation and that he wasn’t out to use my emotions to drag out the situation. Instead, he helped me center on a compromise situation and represented my emotions to the other side (which meant a lot) but worked with me focus on the the long-​term results.
I would definitely use him again. His prices were reasonable and he was easy to work with.
