We used Dan to prepare our Will, Health Care Directive and Power of Attorney. Very professional, seamless process. We picked up forms, returned them„ made an appointment, reviewed documents with him„ made changes on the spot and got final copies.
Very experienced, friendly. He gave good advice and was sensitive. Didn’t try to push us to use him for other aspects (as has happened to us in other states– each state requires a new one). However, he is competent for more comprehensive if we have future needs.
We feel this experience with Dan was our least painful. (which is an appropriate term when it comes to these sensitive issues.) We also consider his fees to be reasonable.
