Larry is the best real estate agent my mom and I have worked with. He helped us successfully purchased two properties in Seattle in this extremely competitive market and showed us many more. He understands how to write a strong offer and his advice is always on point. He even gave us great advice on how to remodel one of our property.

We can’t thank Larry enough for his hard work in helping us get our house in Ballard… and in what is currently an insane Seattle real estate market. Buying a home is such a big undertaking and Larry consistently went above and beyond. He answered all of our questions patiently (we moved from east coast so new to the area) and would always try to help us get add’l information on a home that i’m not sure other real estate agents can (or would spend time getting) so we had as much info to make our decision or to be a bit more competitive. He gave great ideas on remodeling and construction because of his own personal expertise. We met with other agents who were equally smart and helpful but felt they pushed their opinion at times when it was unwarranted whereas Larry helped us arrive at decision-​making that was right for us every step of the way. We lost out on 6 – 7 homes in this competitive market but the one we ended up with far exceeded our expectations!
