The worst KFC I have ever been to. No receipt or total given and burned biscuits to boot. Will not be returning. Why would you hand out food thats burned. These people dont deserve a pay raise.

I don’t expect great service, and definitely won’t get it from this KFC. I do expect decent food, but can’t even get that from this place. I ordered a honey BBQ chicken sandwich and when I got it, the bread was hard as a rock. Come on, bread is cheap, but they still keep their old bread and serve it to paying customers. I won’t go back there again!

Since they had a remodel this place looks better, feels cleaner :)
I’m a hot wing guy as of other items on the menu doesn’t really interest me. Tried chicken strips ones and was disappointed.
Like the hot wings with barbecue and creamy ranch.
About three years ago they started charging for the sauces and sometimes it is annoying to ask for them and them asking for .49 per sauce.

Even time I came here to grt grilled chicken, I have to wait for long time. And after I oredered the cashiers were doing this laugh that makes me feel werid. Me and my roommate love the grilled chicken but they were act like «that guy come again «type of joke. I won’t come again, I will just visit the one at Shoreline, they are nicer and they have those All American food.

07÷10÷14 Ivon on the Drive-​thru was nothing but rude. They also need to get new headphones since Ivon couldn’t hear us after repeating our selves three times to the point where my lips were touching the speaker box (fine, I exaggerated a little). Waited 16 minutes for our bucket of chicken. Ordered half original and half crispy but ended up receiving ALL crispy chicken. Didn’t bother complaining, figured with the poor customer service that welcomed us it wouldn’t make any difference.
Don’t get me wrong I like KFC’s chicken and everything else on their menu. the service in this location? Not so much.

A fried chicken restaurant that’s always out of children. I don’t understand. I don’t get why ever time I go in to get a bucket of chicken they are out. and when I ask, when will you have more, they say tomorrow, at 7pm. ??? WHAT?
Go to the one in shoreline, people speak English and they serve chicken. Wow, a kfc tgat serves chicken.
The only time that I got chicken here it tasted like it was leftover from the day before. Remember the days when kfc rocked?

Very disappointed. It never fails, I have given this KFC 3 chances to pull through, they are always out of chicken! How can a KFC not have chicken cooked and ready to go? There was only 1piece of Original left yesterday at 420pm. I had to make a different choice, I was only ordering 3 chicken breasts, so not ordering for a party. Last time I was here, they said it would take 17 min to cook some. The 2 stars is for being out of a specific chicken, and the drive thru was slow… disappointing. My order was correct, just not happy with their chicken problem.

I hate giving bad reviews but I give credit where credit is due. Took them forever to et the chicken little combo ready. I mean really? If it takes more than 5 minutes for you to serve up some processed chicken over a bun then you are doing something wrong. The place is being run by 3 people and the drive thru is really slowing this place down. The chicken is not crispy like I thought it would be it is in other KFCs I’ve been to but not here. But hey it’s something to eat on the go. Bathroom is not really clean either. I would go to the McDonalds next door next time I’m in this area.

I had to reduce my trips to KFC to maybe one or two times a year because the food seemed to be getting smaller, like they started to use miniature chickens and it seemed a lot saltier. I’d still order a bucket of chicken with mashed potatoes, gravy, cole slaw and some biscuits but for some reason it was less satisfying than before due to an overall difference in taste. I’d always order original and whenever possible order dark only. Still it was just an okay meal not a great meal as before. What’s up Colonel?

this kfc is the same as any others. there are definitely super sketchy people inside sometimes, but i mean, what do you expect? it’s a fast food restaurant on aurora. set your expectations people.

We came to this location after having a hankering for some fried chicken.
We went through the drive-​thru thinking that it would be faster.
Boy, were we wrong!
The person who took my order kept asking me if I wanted something else with my order. I kept saying we were ok with the order we had placed.
We finally pull up to the window to pay but it was a good 5+ minutes before he even opened the window to take our money. I wasn’t quite sure what was going on as the lobby was empty and there was one other person working that I could see through the window.
The food itself was okay when we got home but the wait was definitely a longer than usual one.
Bring your patience folks!

I always come to this one for the crunchy hot wings. The drive-​thru can be quite the experience and at times it takes way too long to complete orders, but each time I walk in I get my order quickly and with a smile. So my advice is to always walk in to place your order. =)
It’s a KFC so how special can it be? As long as my wings are hot (temperature-​wise) then this KFC is okay in my book.

Okay, hard to believe that I’m actually writing a review for KFC, but in the interest of being fair, I have to. When KFC first launched their grilled chicken, I was anxious to try it. It was okay, but nothing great. I thought the pieces were small, a little dry and the seasoning was pretty ordinary. Last night, feeling completely at a loss and unmotivated to cook, wer got KFC and I think they’ve changed their grilled chicken. The pieces were much juicier, the exterior had a true «grilled» flavor and the seasonings were much better. I’m hoping this is a permanent change and not some fluke. If you’ve tried their grilled chicken and were disappointed, I’d give it another shot.

Nothing really special about this location. I would crave for KFC fried chicken once in a while and this is the closest one to me; therefore, this is the one I go to.
Most of the time, everything is average. once in a while, the employees have bad service, seems like they are sick and tire of their job or something. Two times, it was the manager who was having an attitude. Well, it’s fast food, you get what you pay right? What do i expect?
I am having it a 3 stars average.

First of all, I love KFC chicken, but I hate their customer service. They’re freaking rude. Even I tried to get an application there, they gave me that look like they didn’t want me. And they were talking in Spanish and pointing at me and just saying crap about me, it would’ve been nicer if they said «Sorry we are not hiring» Goodness. Anyways, and like they are very rude. But we still go there, ONLY FOR THE CHICKENS. WE don’t go there to see those employees serving us foods. It’s just the delicious chickens we go for. I wonder what the manager do to the employees, probably harass them every single day, poor employees.
A lot of my friends says they have really bad customer service, they really need a new manager. It’s about time. he’s been there for almost 3 years now?
