Justin and his team (Shannon, especially) did an outstanding job with our loan. As a first time buyer, I was anxious about selecting the right broker. I received some names from my real estate agent and did some research. After having conversations and getting quotes from four I settled on Justin. From the very beginning he was attentive, thoughtful, and took the time to educate me on what the best options would be. We were set to close on 10/25, but I called him and asked if we could close early on ¹⁰⁄₁₅. Without even skipping a beat, Justin said he would do everything possible to make that happen, and he did. Shannon and the rest of his team were outstanding the entire time. I can’t say enough about how easy and straightforward everything was when working with them. Justin and Shannon, have made me a lifelong Umpqua customer.
