I had two matching chairs reupholstered here recently and they look beautiful! The workmanship is far superior to any I have encountered before… and this is the fourth time I have had these chairs done in the last sixteen years! i highly recommend them.

What kind of upholstery shop doesn’t do automotive stuff? I just want my headliner replaced…

We recently found a couple of mid century lounge/arm chairs that we really loved but they were in desperate need of reupholstering. I contacted a few upholstery places by email with my contact information, cushion dimensions and 3 pictures of my chairs. Most didn’t even bother to reply to me while others took as long as a week. Joslin Upholstery & Interior contacted me within a day with a quote. When I took my chairs in the service was great! Jack, Pam, and Carol are all friendly, professional, and patient. The selection of fabric can be overwhelming so be prepared to spend hours digging through fabric sample books. I took home a few sample books and spent a week deciding with my wife. Once you decide on the fabric be sure to have your checkbook as a deposit is required before work begins. Three weeks later I went back to pick up my chairs and was amazed. To say that the craftsmanship is top notch is no exaggeration. It’s difficult to put into words but everything about the work done screams quality. Now my store bought sofa that lives with these chairs seems horrible in comparison. If you need re upholstery work done do not hesitate to use Joslin’s services.

Brought in my beloved-but-battered midcentury rocker about a month ago, after snapping photos of it and driving to the shop for a quote. I literally cannot say enough good things about the experience and the results. The fabric selection was incredible, the service was friendly and patient, and my rocking chair has been returned to me looking absolutely gorgeous. They missed nothing — every tuck, every inch of piping, every surface is simply perfect.(And wow, what a difference a restuffing makes — it left beloved, but it came back both beloved and *comfortable*. Sweet.) It wasn’t cheap, but I intend for this rocker to last a lifetime, and Joslin’s absolutely helped that process along. Thanks!
