I lost my Mother last year and had to sell the house I grew up in. It was so hard. Karen helped me each step of the way, from pricing the house to marketing to handling the details of selling. And when a pipe leaked just before the sale went through, Karen was there to help me find the most professional company to handle the water damage, fix things and get the house back to what it was when I first put the house on the market. The buyer’s realtor was very contentious and unprofessional and Karen handled everything thrown at us with patience, and professionalism. Karen has been working as a real estate agent for quite a few years and is very knowledgeable and in tune with what the market is at the moment. I would trust Karen with any transaction because she is a caring, compassionate, intuitive person and a very great realtor who really knows how to market a house and also find the right house for a buyer. With Karen on the job everyone comes away a winner. It is wonderful to find a realtor who considers her client a partner in buying or selling a house
