I come here a lot for a quick bite when Im downtown, and even though it is usually crowded, they always bring out my order fast so I can get in and get out. I just think they need to lower their prices a little for what you get. But way better than subway any day.

Not Good to have to miss customer appreciation day since lines were to long to stand in and you guys give 11 – 3 time limit as I work out in the find and can’t stop to wait in a line. Would have been nice if you thought of the workers that aren’t able to miss there jobs and they get off after 3. seems this wasn’t a real customer appreciation day.

Actually I don’t eat white bread and cold sandwich. I prefer hot crispy panini sandwich but I only like jimmy johns’s cold sandwich with white bread . Beef was okay and tuna was okay. But I want some more vegetables.

I got my #12 in seriously around 30 seconds. It was so fast I thought they were trying to give me someone else’s order! The sub was good. The only issue is that it felt very fast order wise so you if you want to make substitutions you better yell it out. Usually you go someplace and choose bread & toppings and this isn’t like that at all. My turkey avocado was good. The Beach I think it’s called. I like that you get to include an item(drink, pickle or cookie).

While the folks that work here are awesome the food leaves a lot to be desired. I’ll pass and go to Jersey Mike’s.

The sandwiches are ok. The delivery service is another story. While most of the delivery personnel are polite, there is one person who is consistently rude.

I’m a die hard Jimmy John’s fan to begin with, so in full disclosure, it would take quite a bit to get a bad review from me. That said, I work across the street from this location and order the same thing on a very regular basis. It occurred to me today that it’s rather impressive to have such high consistency considering how often I get a sandwich here — not once have I gotten stale bread, tomatoes when I ask for none, or the wrong cookie or chips. Those are small things where you’d give the benefit of the doubt if they occurred once or twice, but this Jimmy’s is always right on the money! Thanks for always being a solid backup plan when I’m too lazy to pack my own lunch!

The country club was good. Then I ordered the Tuna sam another day and it was horrible. It is so odd to me that cheese isn’t automatically in these sandwiches and you have to ask for it. Who eats sandwiches without cheese?! Anyway. used to LOVEJJ’s. It has become quickly overrated. Got very ill from their hot peppers at their Woodinville location. I think it’s about time I stop giving them my money. There are better options out there.

Bread was stale, it took over 30 min to get. Delivery guy was rude and apathetic. Disappointing, because I used to order from this location often and this experience alone was enough for me to stop ordering.

I love coming here because they are always ridiculously quick(like their advertising says) and the sandwiches are consistent and good every time. My only gripe is they won’t deliver to my apartment ¾ of a mile away.

They are super fast. Came in at 1:54 pm. Ordered a #16 Club Lulu. Was in a rush to work. Came out at 1:56 pm. They know they’re fast too! I’ll trust them when I’m in a rush

So I’ve ordered to go from here twice. Both times the order was delivered incorrectly. The first time they forgot to include the avocado, and the second time they forgot to include the cheese, both of which I paid extra for. I called the first time and asked if they would just refund me for the avocado they didn’t provide, and apparently that wasn’t an option. They said they could deliver another sandwich but I didn’t have the time to wait. The second time I didn’t bother calling since they didn’t fix it the first time. I really love that they deliver, but I haven’t ordered from them again since. The sandwiches are really tasty, but it’s really frustrating to pay extra for toppings which don’t get added.

Meh. It’s a good price for a sub, but personally I would like to see the option for whole wheat bread. Also my avocado wasn’t spread throughout the entire sandwich. I know they make the subs fast, but take a little more time and make sure everything is on properly. Prices were pretty reasonable. Roughly $ 6 – 7. Good variety in the menu. It’s a good change from subway.

I will make this fast like they do. $ 7 bucks Good sub Hey, It ain’t South Jersey but it’ll do in a pinch. hint: ask for extra lettuce and have them cut it in half. A good roll is the foundation. Go for the #9 Italian Night Club. Badda Bing!

I order occasionally but my coworkers order regularly. This may sounds unreal but there have been multiple occasions when we have hung up, turned to tell someone what we ordered only to have it delivered before we could finish the conversation. The building is close to the Madison location but really the delivery guys are just amazing. Sandwiches are fresh, delicious and priced well.

Pros: Super speedy service Super efficient assembly line: they make your sandwich in less than a minute! Tastier sandwiches than subway Cons: Hidden on the second floor in the mall depending on which entrance you enter from

Fast and convenient if you’re in the area, but that’s all they’re good for. Food is average and no where near being gourmet sandwiches. Never was impressed with the operation at this particular location. Music is always blaring and staff seems like they could care less. They’ll make your sandwich super fast for you, but the quality of the ingredients is not up to par. Not sure if they don’t clean out and refresh the station enough. It can get cluttered and messy, which just looks beyond awful to the customer. Sandwiches are okay, but staff is often spaced out and service is weak here. Only come here if you don’t want to spend five minutes constructing your own average sandwich.

I love Jimmy John’s!!! I love their speediness and willingness to deliver even if it’s upstairs in the same building.(We’re lazy people, I know.) Anyway, my go-to sammich is the Vito, but I found out recently that they don’t give sprouts anymore??? WHAT??? WHYNOT? Ugh. I love sprouts, I’m sure people hate them, but why take them off the menu? I tried the club tuna the other day and was feeling adventurous. That was super tasty too, but I’ll probably stick to my Vito because it’s smaller and easier to eat. The service there is also amazing, they are so friendly and welcoming.

They charge extra for everything now, when a pickle used to come with the sandwich. They even have a sign that says«Don’t forget your pickle» — they need to put a price sticker on it! I haven’t eaten here in a year, and I will try not to go back. Suggestion: don’t get the chips. Just order a sandwich and a drink and you’re good to go.
