Heart Of Seattle Massage & Acupuncture

One of the worst massages I have had. When I entered the practice, the owner asked if I had medical insurance and I replied yes. She then said oh I thought you were an out of towner and then rushed me to the back before I could even get my card out. I specified the areas I was having difficulty with and asked for deep pressure and all I got was what felt like muscle stretching. At the end I told her I was still tense in the area I specified in writing and verbal and she just replied, you just need a warm Epsom bath. I left feeling more tense since I just paid $$$ for a bad massage and a therapist who did not listen to my needs. I’m planning on heading over to the foot massage place later for a better cheaper massage.

Lynn gave me one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. The massage and acupuncture really made me feel much better. She was warm and attentive; I just wish she lived in NYC.

Lynn is a PRO. I’d never had acupuncture before I hurt my lower back a few years ago and couldn’t get out of bed. When that happened, a friend insisted that I give Lynn a call.
She got me right in, and while I could barely walk in, I left feeling so much better. I am a believer now. Admittedly, I don’t take good care of myself — I usually push myself until I’m injured, and then stop to take care of myself. I recently started going to Lynn again for a new cervical spine injury. Same thing — easy to schedule, no waiting, great results. I am never waiting again!
I use acupuncture in conjunction with deep tissue massage and chiropractics and it’s an invaluable part of the trifecta that gets me back up on my feet once I’ve gotten to the point of being flat on my back. Thank you, Lynn!

Seriously this lady is highly qualified and knows her stuff. Very professional. If you want to get rid of stiffness, work on a cranky section (like my neck) or just generally walk out feeling great this is your place. I can’t recommend her more highly. This is five stars plus!

Lynn was great. She was able to get me in as a new patient very quickly and worked wonders. I hadn’t ever had acupuncture before and she explained the process as she went along. It was very reassuring.

Acupuncture, massage, Chinese medicine, cupping, and diagnosis, all go into her régime. The location is also wonderful for any one who works in downtown Seattle. After seeing Lynn for half a year, I can confidently say that you will benefit from seeing her, immediately. At Heart of Seattle, you cannot go wrong. A+ rating.

Still loving my every-​other-​week appt with Lynn. I have to admit, acupuncture is no cake walk. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable when the needle is adjusted, but you start to know when it has reached its mark. Very tough to describe, but once it’s there, it feels better and better until you can’t even feel where the needles are.
I encourage anyone who has any health issue at all to look into acupuncture as a remedy! Lynn has made a believer out of me.
