A few years ago I started shopping for a mattress – a painful process. I gave up and lived with the lumpy mattress we have… now it really is time to purchase of a new mattress. I have been to several mattress stores since I visited Hastens in Seattle last week. Nothing I have tried comes close to the quality and comfort of these beds. This is a locally owned and operated store. The owner was gracious, thoughtful and very knowledgeable about the product. Only four stars because the initial cost of these beds is quite high. If you are willing to invest in your health and wellness then consider a Hastens Bed.

I was furniture shopping today and I walked by this mattress shop. I sort of recognized the name but couldn’t place it. The lady there was really nice to me even though I was dressed in my dirty construction clothes.
Ah, so they’re the Sweedish manufacturer of handmade mattresses range from $ 4k to $ 60k that I’ve heard so much about. They use only natural and renewable materials such as horsehair. Apparently horsehair breathes better than memory foam and has less crazy chemicals. Good stuff… I’ll definitely consider one for my next mattress.
