I’ve been to the Hard Rock Café at Seattle 4 times and they all have been good until last night. The hostess was very nice but our waiter was ok I kinda very rude!!!

The stars are strictly for the awesome service here. I’d give Hard Rock more stars if the food hadn’t been below average. I ordered the chicken wings, which were half-off during happy hour and when the bartender/server asked if I wanted it buffalo or the signature rockstar sauce, I tried the signature. The chicken wings were really, really salty. Thinking that it was the signature flavor I didn’t like, I ordered another round of chicken wings in buffalo sauce instead. But unfortunately, it was just as salty. I’d never eat them again. The women’s bathroom was also filthy. It smelled like urine and there was liquid on the floor, which I feared was urine. It was disgusting. Again, the stars are only for the great staff. Our bartender was awesome, and he seemed to really enjoy working here. The hostesses were dancing along to the music, while they were greeting customers. Awesome employees here.

Best. Experience. Ever. Not only were we seated rather quickly, but were given the best waiter in the restaurant. Jason made our entire night from start to finish memorable, fun, and easy going. He made sure to always keep our water glasses filled to the rim as well as keeping a smile on our faces. I have never seen one person light up an entire room like he did tonight. He made sure my 18th birthday was unforgettable, and I honestly, so happy for him to be in my life on this day. Every restaurant needs an amazing employee just life him, and Hard Rock Café is so very lucky to have him under their belt right now. Jason, keep being a shining light in everyone’s lives and once again, thank you for making my 18th birthday unforgettable.

Hilarious! Loved our waiter so much! He was hilarious and made the night. So much energy. Made this entire restaurant. His name is Jason and I hope every restaurant has someone just like him. The Hard Rock Café is so lucky to have this man

I was here for a catered event and was still hungry afterwards. There were chicken sliders and these pulled port sliders. The chicken sliders had far too much mayo(?) that you wonder if you were eating something else in the slider. The pulled pork was cold, it could not have been sitting out for that long, looking back, I do not recall if there were heaters. For the size of the sliders, bigger tongs should have been used as no matter what angle I tried, there was no way I was able to pick one up without the contents falling apart. For sure a two step, messy process with the small tongs. There were a few other things on the menu that sufficed(mac and cheese was okay).

Food was barely warm when it arrived. I spend 65 $ on dinner and drinks when I should have went to Red Robin or Jimmy Rockets. The cheese on our burgers wasn’t even melted. I do not recommend this place its lousy and the prices are to high for the bad food horrible music because up stairs there’s a concert and down its whatever. Do not eat here huge disappointment.

Fantastic place for lunch. Love the music and music videos playing. Good selection and variety. Drinks were okay. But got to take home a new glass. I got the pull pork sandwich. It was good. Waiter was very attentive but timid. Kind and offered us options which is a plus. Overall, good experience will be defiantly coming back :)

Awesome music and memorabilia! I love the atmosphere. The nachos were decent, the strawberry basil lemonade was excellent. Not too busy around 5 pm, we were able to be seated immediately. Overall worth a stop!

This was my first time coming to the Seattle Hard Rock and I’m only writing about the bar as I only stopped in for drinks. Showed up on a crowded Saturday, taking a break from pike place shopping. It was packed so we decided to sit at the bar for some quick drinks. We found a seat pretty quickly and took a little bit for us to get served but it was super crowded so that was expected. I went with the triple platinum margarita and my wife ordered the Air Mexico, their flight of three margaritas. Our drinks were decent and our server was quick and attentive. I capped off my trip here with a shot of Jameson and upped it to a double shot for $ 2 more, I thought that was a pretty sweet deal. My experience here was pretty good and it was nice to sit down away from the pike place crowd and have some cocktails. I wouldn’t mind trying the food sometime but I figured it would be similar to other hard rocks so this trip was just a liquid lunch. One gripe is the restroom sitch, the lines got crazy long so I ended up finding one at the market instead.

The prices hurt as much as the insanely loud music upstairs, and judging by how fast people turned and left I’m not too surprised the cops where involved by the end of the night. It’s glorified bar food, some will love it some will hate it. I saw nothing legendary about anything labeled legendary, so we boxed it up and gave the left overs to one of the homeless folks lurking by Pike’s place. Friend says he tossed it, but I didn’t see. Guess he didn’t like their burgers either. Upstairs was pretty awkward and the way the bands had the speakers set up(I assume the band did anyway) no one could actually hear anything and lyrics where lost on the window shaking guitar rifts. There was a full bar there, but even they had to lean completely over it to let your lips physically touch their ear so they could hear your order. It was just awkward all around, and I watched lots of people turn right around and walk out. The cops showed up towards the end and there was some crazy nonsense with drunks climbing all over me, but that could easily be called general bar closing craziness. It’s not all bad though, just mediocre. Everything is spotless and clean at least, so no one star reviews from me.

Not much different than any other Hard Rock really. We stopped in because it was super windy and I always stop at the gift shops at Hard Rock’s for pins. So while I was pin shopping, the bf was at the bar. The location can’t be beat, right on the edge of Pike’s Place. The gift shop is the standard size gift shop with the usual merchandise. The bartender was great though, making sure we were always topped off. Can’t speak to the food, but given that everything else was standard issue, I’m assuming standard fare.

Last stop before I headed home to LA. Stopped in for a drink to ease my nerves before my flight, and I sat at the bar. Mattie was our bartender, and what a GEM he was. Great service, great Seattle insiders tips, and definitely made me feel relaxed before my flight. Great ambiance, great location and great service.

What can I say, I’m a sucker when it comes to buying a Hard Rock Café souvenir. Every time I travel to a city that has a Hard Rock Café, I always have to stop by and purchase a shirt. The gift shop has a separate entrance from the restaurant so I was able to zip in and zip out. They offer many different styles of apparel as well as collectible pins and some stuff for the little ones. This HRC is located directly across from Pike Place Market on Pike Street.

I’ve never actually eaten at the Hard Rock Café until coming to Seattle. The main reason for that is because I’ve never been interested, but my boyfriend’s mom bought our lunch before we even got to Seattle(they were vouchers I believe). It was 30 minutes after opening, so we were seated quickly. Our vouchers stated that we got to order off of the«hip hop menu.» There were limited options, but surprisingly, the twisted chicken mac n cheese was amazing! It also came with two pieces of garlic bread. I was really shocked as to how good it was… I honestly didn’t expect that. As for my boyfriend’s chicken sandwich, it was just okay. The ambiance is just how you would expect it to be. There’s pretty much a television no matter where you look, that plays music videos of(mainly) old«rock» songs and such. Our waiter was nice, and just served us to do her job rather than actually seem like she was interested. She took the main menus from us since we had a specific menu to order from, but we wanted to keep one to order drinks off of. She then handed us the drink pamphlet thing on the table. When I asked about the ingredients of a certain drink, she said she wasn’t sure and would bring a menu out… That’s why we wanted to keep it. Not to mention, our«hip hop menu» came with free drinks(soda, tea, coffee) and a free dessert(chocolate chip cookie), but we never got our dessert. I was too full to even eat dessert, but I can’t believe she forgot. I give this place two stars just for my dish.

ONe of the most eclectic vibes that you’ll find downtown near the heart of Pike Place Market. During the summer they have an amazing rooftop deck that opens up about 5 p.m. with a great happy hour and amazing view of sound! Sitting on the street paito which you’ll get hit up many types by people, some hitting you up for money, or just chat you up! The and bustle of the cars can sometimes be a little bit of a distraction. Overall if you’re looking for a place to just grab some rockin wings, awesome potato skins a cold brew, or a specialty cocktail after a long day in the market to sit down relax. Inside has a huge dining room that’s great for groups and often has live entertainment on the second floor with many concerts and a full large bar you’re always going to find some type of entertainment happening at the Hard Rock Café!

This place has tasty American food it’s just way overpriced for what it is. With buy one get one free entrees I walked out with a $ 20 bill on a burger and brew before tip. They do have a really cool bar on the roof which is nice because it’s hard to find a roof bar near the water in Seattle.

I started my little routine of going to different hard rock café around the world a couple of years ago. I know it isn’t the greatest food, it is average but I still come back for the experience! I always get the local legendary burger when I go to hard rock café, so that I experience the particularly of the city. Some of them specialities aren’t much elaborated some more… In Seattle it was obviously coffee flavored patties and a jalapeño on top of the bun. The burger was pretty good to be honest. The restaurant is quite big and as always covered with guitars, posters and other goods that belonged to rock stars. I really wanted to go to the one in Seattle as Alice in chains is from there and I was very happy to see that they have a guitar from them there! The waitresses were very nice, food was good, atmosphere great!

This 4 star review is contingent on several things. 1: I really want to give 3.5 but Unilocal still doesn’t allow that. 2: we drank here and had appetizers given to us/catered, but I wouldn’t really take my advice on the food. That being said, the food we did have was ehh at best, bar food that was bland and overly spiced for my taste. Too cheesy literally and figuratively, and not my taste. But for a shoebox Hard Rock the bar isn’t too shabby. There are a ton that suck but this one has a little bit of its own flavor. I’d say downstairs where the kitchen and tables are is where you would likely go eat with the wife and kids, and then the upper level where the piano and bar is is another story entirely. Up another level is the rooftop bar and that’s my favorite since you can see over the market, over all the rooftops and off into the sunsets. The view is awesome and the vibe with the low chairs, lights and pergolas was cool. I’m not from the northwest so to have the sun out at 9:30 at night seemed interesting. Mind you, both the nights we came here and were drinking were corporate sponsored events so I can’t comment on drink prices. However the bartenders were pretty cool regardless. Sometimes at said events when you’re given tickets and they don’t get tipped out on each drink some bartenders can be stingy on pours or just jerks overall. Thankfully said wasn’t the case here. I think this would be a fun place for a pregame or early night bar. I don’t think the food was anything to write home to mom about, but I also don’t think it’s enough nightlife for me to keep me out here until 2 am. A good first stop on the bar hop if you will.

I went to check out the terrace at lunch time. Really nice! Great view too. I didn’t have any food while I was here but the terrace is definitely the spot to go to if you visit this Hard Rock! Edit: I came back 2 days later in the afternoon and enjoyed some appetizers on the menu. Yummy! Terrace bar staff is superb. Rooftop is super chill. Recommend!

Happy Hour + Rooftop Review Only. We went straight to the rooftop bar(3 flights of stairs). From the dark inside of the restaurant, the rooftop bar was a pleasant shock! The bar is lined with astroturf, has about three tall tables & three low seating areas with outdoor couches + low tables. There are lights + heaters for night time. Also has an upstairs bathroom. The view is pretty nice — especially when seated b/c you can only see the Pike Place Market sign. The prices are awesome — the drinks were stiff & around $ 4. People near us got food — HUGE portions & again good HH prices. Vegetarian friendly. Not sure if I’d ever eat here but I will come back soon for the rooftop HH.

If it were 1997, I would have been SOOOO excited. Alas, it is not. But we already all knew that didn’t we? This addition to the Seattle bar scene is a little past Hard Rock Café’s prime years. We’ve long heard of them and you probably have even gone to a couple of locations in other cities. Some of you probably even had a t-shirt collection. But the days when their kitschy theme was all the rage are indeed over and behind them. And while this makes this establishment not top my list at all because, let’s be honest, there are so many other better local places, I will give it some kudos for a few things. I’ve been here a couple of times for happy hour with coworkers. They are extremely friendly. Even though it was chaotic with 15 – 20 people all ordering and each paying separately for their orders, they managed to keep their cool. The food was mediocre at best and the drinks weren’t memorable. But I did quite like the rooftop space they had. It’s perfect for a nice, sunny day. Overall, it’s alright. Mediocre food, unmemorable drinks and it’s a Hard Rock Café. On the plus side, their people are nice and the space is pretty cool.

Desperate times call for desperate measures… My boyfriend and I were downtown at 10:45 on a Saturday night, when suddenly, nature called. After ten minutes of frenzied, somewhat uncomfortable walking, we realized that if even McDonald’s wasn’t open, we just had to bite the bullet and grab a bite to eat at some random restaurant in order to use their bathroom. We saw the lights on in Hard Rock Café, and scurried in as quickly as we could. I was kind of excited, since I’d never been to a Hard Rock Café before, and wanted to check it out. I feel like with places like this, you are really going in and paying for the novelty(they’ve got a ton of cool memorabilia on the walls), not for culinary excellence or good value per se. The food was actually pretty good, just hilariously overpriced. $ 13 for 5 chicken tenders? Man… they were good chicken tenders with tasty dipping sauces, but that’s just crazy. Their menu also isn’t that extensive or creative. Another thing I noticed is that a lot of the music they were playing wasn’t even hard rock, let alone rock. While I wouldn’t call myself a rock connoisseur, I am pretty sure that Bombay Bicycle Club(good of a band as they are) does not fall into the genre after which the restaurant is named. A couple of positive points for HRC: It’s a really good looking restaurant. Nice booth seating, an open feel, and tables are organized in a way where you don’t feel like you’re part of the next table’s conversation. They got our food out quickly(which may be due to the late hour) and our server, who was actually still in training, was such a nice guy. So while I don’t think I’ll be making many return visits, I’m still satisfied with the experience I had there.

Walked in and saw two employees standing in the store after five minutes they finally greeted us and told us that someone would be with us shortly another five minutes go by and nobody came so the girl in the store sat us. The server arrived another 10 minutes later we ordered drinks and those didn’t take long(finally) we ordered the pizza for our son and then ordered our food. The server was slow and just didn’t seem to care or know how to do his job. Our sons food came out cold, the plate was dirty and took forever for them to bring napkins for him. I wish I was kidding but I am not thirty minutes later(and no re-fills) are food finally comes out. Server dropped the food and bolted. We are our food quickly we were hungry, it was nothing special. My husband really enjoyed his fries he couldn’t stop talking about them. Well after we finished eating I looked at the clock and saw we had been there for almost an hour and a half! The bus boy came around and picked up our plates. Well our server walked by maybe 5 times and finally he didn’t ignore my husband and he brought us the check! 10 more minutes go by and he finally brought the check and my card back. Horrible service, decent food, and just not worth the price.(Oh and they provide 18% and 20% tip for you on the bottom of your check, NOTWORTHTHATMUCHOF A TIP) I was a server for years I am not just being bitter this place was horrible! We will never return.

«It´s the law» etc. Ich bin mir sicher, wenn wir Alkoholika bettelt hätten wären wir nicht um die Ausweise gebeten worden… Sehr schäbiges Verhalten Hard Rock café!
