Hansen and Miller Service Center

Went to Home Depot three times looking for a proper regulator and then called Dick’s Kitchen Supply who referred me to Hansen and Miller Service Center. They told me these people would be able to help me find the proper regulator with an adjustable valve. I called and spoke to the owner Harold who told me they would figure out what I needed. And they did. These folks are the real deal and what make small businesses so precious to all of us. Harold and Beth figured out what I needed and they just went above and beyond to help me and offered advice for another huge issue that I had no idea they could solve. Harold didn’t charge me for the hose he fashioned at the correct length and said it was on the house and to just drop off some coffee sometime.
Wow.
I read one poor review on this business and I think the reviewer is clueless.

Very happy with the folks at Hansen & Miller — I’ve had to get CO2 and N2 regulators switched around for homebrewing and the ‘big guys’ don’t even want to talk to me about it — H&M did the work while I waited!

I would NEVER take anything to these folks again. Not only was my oxygen regulator not ready when they said it would be, they PAINTED the whole thing an UGLY golden color, charged me $ 20 and it was NOT fixed. I took it to Central Welding and for $ 26 they replaced three parts and it WORKS!

Hansen & Miller provide an essential service to the entire NW industrial base. They do expert torch and regulator repair. I have worked with them most of my adult life and firmly believe they are one of Seattle’s jewels. Although it isn’t widely known, if you bring a torch or set of welding regulators to your local welding supply for repair, they invariably get sent to Hansen & Miller to do the actual work. Strongly suggest you take your business there directly.
