Haller Remodeling

I was looking to get an estimate for basement bathroom project and found their info on here. Initially Forrest was prompt in responding to my calls and schedule. Once he came by the house it took him about two weeks to send me an email regarding an estimate. It was not an estimate instead it was an email stating that he can’t take the project. Quite unprofessional.

Forrest (from Haller Remodeling) completed our bathroom remodel and was knowledgable, friendly, and professional. He met my indecisiveness with good-​humor, which was refreshing. He did beautiful custom tile work for the shower and floor, and we are very happy with the way everything turned out. As remodel-​newbies, we were a bit intimidated by the whole process, but Forrest had great advice and was extremely patient.

I am not a big internet reviewer, but have to give some positive feedback on the work done by Forrest, with Haller Remodeling. Contractors can be an intimidating bunch, but Forrest remakes the mold. He is a non-​imposing, friendly and insightful individual who demonstrated the utmost in professional conduct and complete attention to detail. He worked diligently to get every part of our basement remodel perfect. What was once a warped cement floored eyesore, is now a sanctuary where we enjoy surround sound theater in a pristine environment. Forrest and one of his sub-​contractors who worked on our floor, even helped carry an overstuffed couch down to our new room — completely above and beyond the call of the contract, and a testament to his character. Class act all the way and very fairly priced.

Haller remodeling completed a job for us that involved relocating a structural wall, creating a door opening and finishing off an attic space for storage. Forrest was completely conscientious and attentive to detail. I did the electrical work and Forrest allowed enough time for me to do that in his project plan. In other words, I had enough time to do my part without interfering with Forrest.
He was especially attentive to ensuring the structural integrity of the space we remodeled and had structural calculations done by a specialist. Forrest cleaned up each day and did a through clean up at project’s end. I have no hesitation in recommending Haller remodeling and would use them again if and when the need arises.

We had a fireplace insert installed recently and we needed three holes cut in a ceiling soffit so that gas plumbers could plumb gas piping from our garage to the other side of our house where our fireplace is located. A good number of drywall contractors only did big jobs and charged way too much for materials and labor. Some didn’t even want the business if it wasn’t a large job with lots of labor hours. Fortunately for us, my beloved wife found Haller Remodeling on the Internet. She called and schedule an estimate, someone came out and we got a totally reasonable quote for the job. We needed the holes cut prior to our install date and Haller’s owner was only too happy to work with us and meet our needs. You see, they are not beyond doing smaller jobs like our litle drywall need, even though they are typically remodeling entire kitchens and bathrooms. Bottom line, they cut the holes we needed and left our place clean. When the install was done, they came back, expertly patched the holes and made them ready for us to repaint. They did an absolutely superb job and we will definitely do business with them in the future.
