Guitar and Songwriting Instruction

I can’t believe I’m the first to review Don. He must be new to the world of Unilocal.
I’ve seen Don Hopwood performing for years in the Northwest, first seeing his performances in Bellingham, WA. I can honestly say I have never seen a guitar player like Don before. His hands seem to effortlessly «spider» their way all over the fingerboard, creating a sound that is incredibly unique and beautiful. He has the ability to paint a picture with his music using his all encompassing harmonies and thoughtful melodies. His voice has a wonderful tenor quality to mix with his guitar playing. They perfectly work together.

My instructions with Don have been so much fun, and very helpful. I’ve learned a ton of songs too (I love me some Neil Young, Wood Brothers, Dave Mathews and more). I’ve learned a ton of the theory behind chords, and how to mix them with melodies.
Don is such a positive person to be around, and a wonderful person to learn from. I highly recommend Don as a teacher. There is a ton to learn from him.
