Did you know there are 3 on call people? Niether do the 3 on call people. I called on a Saturday night at around 6:00 pm then went and parked in their lot for an hour. The call center finally called me back and arrainged for the Bellevue store to open for me. This was not the first time, but it will be the last time. Who eats the billable time I wasted?

The company I work for uses Grainger for most of our building supplies. The service is excellent and they ship items super fast. The only draw back, and the reason I would never shop there personally, is their pricing is completly ridicules. They charge at least twice as much more for every item they carry than you could buy at a store like Home Depot for. Their ordering convienince, there extremly wide variety of items and great customer service makes them a good choice… as long as you dont mind overpaying for it.

Extremely helpful. I was looking for an electrical part and the guy at the service desk did everything he could think of to help me find a part — looked online, through the catalog, called other people. We couldn’t find the part, but he pointed me to a store that would. I went to several stores in search of this part and no one was as helpful as Grainger (aside from the store that actually had the part!)
