They make the best shawarma in Seattle, and the fries fresh and delicious. I love this place. It’s very affordable also. Shawarma combo for $ 9 only

The new upstairs food place is fantastic — delicious, friendly, somehow both spotlessly spacious and cozy at the same time, and cheap! You can call orders in ahead of time if you are in a hurry. I’m in love with the gyro salad option: a massive pile of delicious mixed fresh veggies topped with a small mountain of very tasty gyro meat. A great lunch deal. Downstairs they’ve added fresh meat to the already impressive cold cases sporting a variety of olives and cheeses. It’s definitely become a staple shopping destination for my household.

If I could give half a star, I’d only take that much off. The food is really good, inexpensive, authentic, and quick. Both times I’ve been here the staff has been very nice(if anything just a tad bit awkward). The only thing is that they accept cash only :(such a pain in the butt since I never carry cash on me!

Brought a friend here for a return visit to shop the grocery downstairs and made out like a bandit. Bring cash for a discount, as they try to avoid credit card fees when possible. I wasn’t a day late but I was a dollar short, and the owner was horrified when I tried to decide against a jar of hummus and tucked it back into my bag with a wink, saying I could get him next time. He knows I’ll be back! Grabbed some frozen lamb, tahini, zaatar, sumac, canned baba ghanoush that totally caught my interest(never seen it before) and some other random choices. The lamb flatbread I ordered from upstairs was confusing, but I’ve never had anything like it before so I think that one’s on me. Was literally a bit of ground lamb on flatbread. Not sure what I was expecting, maybe veggies, feta or zaatar? Coming back to try the spinach feta one!

I visited this place couple of weeks ago in search of Tahini sauce and found much more than that. I not only bought the sauce but, pickled olives, sweets and pizza! Love it all. Place is run by very nice, polite and respectful people! Will definitely go back!

The grocery store had a variety of much needed Arabic food, my family and I ate at the restaurant where we received excellent service. The food was great and ready quick!

My boyfriend said this was one of, if not the best, gyro he’s ever had. I took a few bites and it was SODAMN flavorful. I had the spinach and tomato flatbread, but they ran out of the ingredients(?) so they made a pita pocket-like thing that was also SODAMN flavorful. Would totally go back again.

Service was awesome, though we were the only customers in line. Friendly. Food is fresh and beautifully made and delicious! Even my gyros was a little work of art. Homemade pitas and hummus– nearly everything is scratch made. Market on the lower level is fun– culturally mind expanding and full of culinary treasures_Sooooooo many olives, fresh dates, bulk items, every Mid Eastern spice and sauce you ever heard of and then some. Small, but lovely. We are already plotting another visit. Yum. Bring cash.

Delicious authentic Lebanese food. Homemade food made with high quality ingredients.(from their store located downstairs) It’s a must try to anyone looking for authentic Mediterranean home cooked food. Prices are inexpensive(cash only) or an ATM inside. Very clean and visible kitchen as they put the fresh made flat breads in the open stone oven.

Nice little place that I look forward to coming back so I can try more items. Customer service: at first I felt it was a little standoffish but after a few questions it was better and they will help you with recommendations if you don’t know what you want. Food: good and made fresh. We got the labne and honey flatbread which was amazing. I wanted to order more but held back. We also tried the Zaatar flatbread. That was good but dry. I’d recommend going for the Zaatar and cheese which would make it a little less dry. Cleanliness: very clean and nice layout. You can find parking on the street.

Finally found real manoushe in Seattle! This place is great, they have a market with plenty of specialty food from the Middle East that will definitely help you cook up just about anything you want to make from that region. The restaurant on the street level is tiny, but it’s very authentic and the manoushe is great. It made me feel like I was back in Beirut!

Great selection of Arab foods and a restaurant selling minaqeesh/mina’eesh Based on 4 ½ years in the ME, I can confidently say this is the real thing. Goddies is super clean(unlike most middle eastern restaurants and shops in the area) and the kitchen is open so you can watch them prepare the food I *highly recommend* coming here and we’ll definitely be coming back.

Hidden gem in northern Seattle. Wonderful Middle Eastern market offering fresh-made food for lunch but also tons of market staples. My go-to place for freshly made hummus and baba ghanoush.

HEAVEN! I just had the amazing experience of trying the freshly baked mana’eesh, Lebanese/Middle Eastern flatbreads, each anointed with mouthwateringly savory and enchanting toppings: Za’atar(dried thyme, sumac, sesame seeds, salt, olive oil), Lebne(a rich and luscious cheesy yogurt), a spicy beef and herb mixture, and something else which I totally forgot. I couldn’t decide which one I liked the best because each one I tried was so unbelievably DELICIOUS! There is a brand-new restaurant upstairs and a large and fantastic grocery downstairs that carries a large selection of hard-to-find Mediterranean delights! In addition, the family who owns this business is incredibly friendly and kind. It’s definitely one of my absolute favorite stores and truly a culinary treasure in all of Seattle!

This place is awesome. I walked in here hungry and not knowing exactly what kind of food was served. All that matters is that it was cheap and delicious. Let me clarify. This isn’t cheap food, it just doesn’t cost you a lot. It’s spiced and fantastic. Still not sure exactly what it was, but it was De-Lic-Ious.

Definitely a hole in the wall. My husband and I went here randomly since we were in the area and we’re really hungry. They have a market where they sell groceries but we went into the front where they had a little restaurant. It was sort of under construction when we went but we got the spinach and cheese and it was really good and pretty cheap too! Very authentic. The only thing is that they only accept cash!

This is a great market for finding all kinds of Mediterranean groceries like lebneh, olives, pita, feta, dried spices, melting pickles, Turkish olive oil and more. The prices are extremely good and the service is very friendly. They also have a great little take out flat bread counter in the back that serves delicious treats! It’s well worth the drive to Lake City. Side note– bring cash! There is a small discount when you pay with paper.

This place is amazing. I am Syrian have been living in Seattle for a year so I felt homesick for real Arabic food and found this place on Unilocal so I stopped by and I was so happy to find all the Arabic stuff that I grew up eating like the bread and the Mulukhyeh and shangleesh or even the Mana2eesh ;) I am so happy I found this place. I go there every two weeks to get my Arabic groceries. If your looking for authentic Arabic groceries I highly recommend this place.
