I’ve been coming here for years and their bubble tea and bahn mi are consistently delicious. My favorite bubble tea is the red bean. They are cash only but you can get a meal for less than $ 5. Also, the staff are super friendly. I don’t come here for the donuts, but the fritters are pretty good.

Went here on a rainy day, which was absolutely PERFECT! The plaza that it is located in is light-weight sketch but whatevs. The plaza parking doesn’t have much room so you most likely have to resort with street-parking. It’s a small ma & pa shop with the older people hanging out here in the morning because it is mainly donut shop(yes, we went to a donut shop to eat rice soup, lol.) It was a recommendation from my wifey, Mell. What did I have? Had the rice soup or the rice porridge. AMAZING! The serving portions are absolutely ginormous! Sadly, I wasn’t able to finish all my soup –_– It was sooo yummy though! I totally recommend, recommend! Also tried the iced Vietnamese coffee, it is strong but oh-so-good! Give it a try!

One dollar for a dozen donut holes, and the best Vietnamese iced coffee i’ve ever tasted. Their apple fritters are the bomb dot com, too. The iced coffee will have you awake for more than 72hrs but who cares, it’s that good. One other tip is that they are a cash-only establishment.
