Came here for an event recently and it is seriously such a cute space! I love all the little nooks and crannies and staircases. It was really cool to see all the art there. I especially liked Adam Grensten’s work such as «Breakfast Guest.» It has a nice location by the water.
A few criticisms:
1. This place is only good for a classy party where people don’t get drunk and a non-handicap friendly party because there’s no way to get around those nooks and crannies unless you’re careful. Even be careful in heels.
2. Don’t really have a central area which is hard for events.
3. Bad bathroom facilities.
