If I could rate negative star, I would. They are scam, rude, un-​trusted, dishonest, business I ever dealt with. I may report it to BBB. I purchased the deal through Groupon, they came up and did little work as possible. The groupon promised $ 275 worth of work. I am not sure what job they did worth $ 275. They persistently tried to sell other services, and charged extra $ 40 additional to groupon deal. The service they are offering is $ 900 for additional cleaning and $ 1800 for a membership. WHAT!!! One of the tech came back and tried to do business separately, saying that he can come back and do the job with $ 100. What!!!
I did called the business and they said it was a mistake and will pay back $ 40 but I believe it when I see the refund check. I talked to the manager Lauren about this, she didn’t listen, talked over me the whole time when I tried to explain what happened, yelled and hang up on the phone. Seriously, is this suppose to be how the business should run nowadays?
Rate negative 5 for customer service, core value of business they provide, integrity of the business.
NEVER EVER BUY GROUPON FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought a groupon and have them come out to clean my ducts. When the guy got here. There were 2 of rhem. The other guys have started preparing the work but the other one started talking to my husband about additional service and fees. At the end of conversation by husband was so pissed off. Apparently the guy is soo persistent and kept selling my husband extra service that we don’t really need. It sounds like our ducts is soo filthy that we need to get it clean so bad. Which is not true because we just had our ducts replace few years back. Anyway after the conversation. They pack up and left right away. I don’t even know if they did anything or what after all I already paid them $ 49 from groupon. So I checked my vents and I saw that they didn’t do anything at all. I was soo mad. Don’t use this company or fall from their groupon scam. If I can just, not give any star ratings. I won’t give any because they don’t deserve any star at all.

I’ve received several calls from an assortment of air duct cleaning companies within the last few months. After the last call, I just had to say something. Fresh Air Duct Services (and others) use very high pressure sales tactics to try to convince you that you must use their service, because it’s a deal that’s too good to pass up. Plus, the cost is a mere $ 39.00. The salesperson goes on and on about these state of the art air duct cleaning methods that only they can provide. I just read a consumer report story about this being a common scam — once they get into your home and start doing the work, the charges suddenly add up because of all these unexpected problems they discovered. In the end, you’re expected to pay hundreds of dollars on top of the bargain price because they’ve already «taken care» of the problem you didn’t even know you had. They also try to convince you that they came out last year; if that’s the case, I’ve had my air ducts cleaned by six different companies last year, and I didn’t even know about it.
If you need your air ducts cleaned, do the research and call a company yourself — don’t make arrangements with a company that seeks you out.

Similar experience to the others. The guy called with extremely broken English claiming he’d serviced our system previously — clearly not the case. Disturbing part is that his caller ID appeared as my wife’s cell number. Think I’m going to just unplug my land line since Comcast won’t seem to allow us to part with it

This company has repeatedly called me saying they did our air ducts last year. They have NEVER done our air ducts! I keep asking them to take us off their list and stop calling but the continue, phone on called id says 253 218‑6139 Auburn WA. That is all it says. I am so tired of answering my phone these days as it seems most callers are telemarketers or scammers. Very frustrated. I want to know how they knew my name and number. Perhaps we should all start a class action lawsuit against the phone company for allowing these types of scammers to have phone service in the first place, and for possibly giving out our personal contact info.

Whew, so glad I made them call back because I’m not agreeing to anything over the phone until I have a chance to look them up. Thanks for you all warning me.

THIS IS A SCAM! Do not fall for it. And they usually try to make appointments with elderly people — which is especially disgusting. If you find out a family member or friend has been taken advantage of by this company — CALL THE POLICE and make sure you report them to the Attorney General’s Office and the BBB.

Two words, Fraudulent Company. Do not trust them period.

I bought the Groupon for $ 69 for the air and dryer vents and had the same experience as the previous reviewer. However, they claimed I needed $ 880 worth the work and did a HARD sell. I kept saying no and the employee kept telling me I was jeopardizing my health. First he said the dust was jeopardizing my health and when I asked him wasn’t he here to remove the dust then he said it was the mold. I stood firm to the Groupon and was glad I did after reading the previous review and reading a KIRO 7 report about the air duct business.

I also had a Living Social coupon for Air Duct and HVAC unit cleaning (which was later clarified to mean duct cleaning and HVAC inspection only). I emailed the company twice and called three times — each time I waited on hold for a little over 8 minutes before getting the option to leave a message. The one call back I got went to voice mail and the representative left a snide message saying «it sounds like you REALLY want to schedule an appointment» and instructed me to call them back — ha! I tried one more time and left several phone numbers. The next call back I was able to answer. The representative informed me I was outside their service area, even though I am well within 60 miles of downtown Seattle. Avoid this company. On the bright side, Living Social was more than accommodating and instantly offered me a credit.

Tried calling them but was on hold right away for 20 min. Never got to talk to anyone. Got tired of waiting and hung up.
I then decided to email them on their website. After I clicked submit got an error that says website failed.
No way to get a hold of these people to schedule a cleaning.

First I called to make sure I was in the driving radius and was told yes. Then I purchased the deal and called to schedule my appointment of which I am told I am not in the radius. I explained I had called previously and they scheduled the appointment. It was today. Let me explain, our house has one recently cleaned furnase, 3 register vent and one return (or exchange). A pretty simple set up. Worker Dude arrived and after a quicky inspection, exclaimed we had $ 360 work to do. We declined and requested the services on the voucher was all we wanted. Huffy, he brings in a big vacuum, sucks ONE rigister and leaves. He left no card, no paperwork, barely did any work but they did get my $ 49. Hopefully it cost him that much in gas. Don’t buy any of theses deals. Plus, look at the website, they don’t even privide and address.
