Such a wonderful place to work! Right in the heart of Fremont. Many different sized spaces to choose from. Perfect for small businesses. Great vibes. Very reasonable rates. Safe and secure. The management is superb! Lori and Feran are on top of everything, at all times. Just the best at what they do. I love being here! Come check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

This is an excellent office space building especially if you’re looking for something small and simple. I had a business at this location for over a year and can attest to the following:
1.) It’s a great location to start a business.
2.) Fremont Space has great management (Lori Sandler the office manager is wonderful to work with).
3.) The contract leases are setup pretty much in favor of the renter and it’s a very easy-​going place to rent space from with minimal contractual requirements.
Leaving the lease is also very easy, no hidden fees, and in my case I got 100% of my deposits back.
I’d definitely be happy to rent office space here again and highly recommend it.
