Flex Video and Multimedia

Like most installers this time of year, Don is extremely busy. However, he was one of the only ones who replied quickly to my inquiry about having our new 55″ 4K TV mounted in our open concept living room above the fireplace. He offered his opinion on how best to do it and suggested alternatives but was never pushy or impatient, allowing me to make the ultimate decisions. In the end, we went with his idea to do an articulating mount next to the fireplace to preserve the custom tile work on it and keep the optimal TV viewing angle for the seating area. Don also had to get a bit creative to attach the soundbar directly to the mount and bring coaxial cable into the room. He did so quickly, inexpensively, and with a great attitude even after having to crawl under our house on a cold, rainy day and sorting through the mess of cables that the previous owners had running everywhere. I would use Flex Video and Multimedia again without hesitation!

Don did an amazing job installing a 60″ TV on my sheetrock wall, with in-​wall cable kit that was perfectly consistent with the wall and sockets. In addition, Don is a very kind and nice person and provide me the most personal care and service that I could look for. Highly highly recommended!

I called Flex Video Multi media to install our TV on our stone fireplace. I called, he actually answered the phone, I explained what I needed, he gave a quote over the phone, and it was all set up. So easy! I emailed him a picture of the stone on the fireplace so he would have a better idea of what I was talking about. Don, who owns the business, showed up right on time the next day. He was very detail oriented, took his time, and made sure it was done right. He provided extended cabling, decorative plates to hide the cables coming out of the wall, and he also provided the TV was mount (additional cost). Then he cleaned up after! It was great!
