I’ve had regular appointments with Dana for over two years, and can’t image going anywhere else. I was looking for a massage therapist that was good with deep tissue and understood the impact of my joint issues. From the beginning, Dana asked the right questions, listened to my concerns, and had me perfectly as ease. Now, Dana takes a passing glance as my posture and movements and knows exactly what needs work. I always leave her office feeling better and with tips on how to take better care of myself.
Bonus: she’s funny and personable to boot.

Dana is a gem. I walked into her work space 6 weeks ago feeling very frustrated from being hit by a car on my scooter. She immediately instilled hope in me that I would feel better in time. I saw her each week for and Injury Massage where Dana proved that she was extremely knowledgeable in her craft. After each session she also gave me tips of how to relieve my pain through out the day. You can also tell that Dana genuinely loves people and loves hearing about their lives (aka she’s a good friend). If you are looking to get long term help with pain or even just to relax, I would recommend Firefly in a heartbeat.

Have had many massages in the past. Firefly did not disappoint. Therapist asked the right questions from the beginning targeting all my concerns. Witty banter with thorough explanation of muscle physiology and mechanics kept me comfortable and relaxed.
Highly recommended and looking forward to the next appointment.

I’ve had quite a few bad experiences with massage therapy, and had pretty much sworn off on trying to find a new center and/​or person to start returning to for my chronic back pain. Firely came HIGHLY recommended by people close to me, so I gave them a shot. I do NOT regret it. Probably the most professional and well executed massage experience I’ve received in my lifetime. My therapist was friendly, communicated very well and really paid attention to what I was saying and what I needed. I will continue using Firefly indefinitely.

When I booked my appointment with Firefly, I knew I was stressed out. It wasn’t until after the end of my massage that I realized how much I needed the work. My LMT was professional and friendly, encouraging communication right from the beginning. She made accomodations for a knee injury and was careful to make sure that I was comfortable. During the massage she checked in with me to see how I was feeling about the work. The massage itself was a glorious hour of full-​body work that left me feeling relaxed, languid and ready to take on another month of stress! I will definitely book a regular appointment and took a handful of cards to share with folks at my work. Do yourself a favor and book a massage with Firefly!
