I was on the hunt for table runners for my wedding. The company I had reserved my other linens through did not have ones I liked, and I located some I could be interested in on the Express Linen Rental website. The hours are difficult if you work standard business hours but I finally found a day to travel to Tukwila during the week. I arrived to a locked door but found a second door that entered into their laundry area. The gal waved at me but continued to talk on the phone for several minutes without acknowledging me further. Eventually another representative walked in and attempted to help. She unlocked«the showroom» which was a tiny room with one table set up and linens hanging on the wall. I proceeded to try and ask questions specifically about the runners I had seen on their website. It was extremely difficult to understand her english and eventually she handed me a brochure and asked me to email my questions. I had made the trip for nothing. I did email my questions but the response I got was vague and did not fully answer the question I was asking. After repeated email attempts to get specifics the replies became shorter and ruder. I eventually let them know I was no longer interested in their services which received a sarcastic«okay, thank you» response. I found the entire experience frustrating and unprofessional.
