excellent! I was a bit nervous going in since I’ve never had custom jewelry made and also because this is a kiosk in a mall so I wasn’t sure what to expect. but I’m so happy I went there! Vu and his wife are very sweet and Vu’s work is beautiful. I had a cross pendant with diamonds, chain and another band made into a pave band and I couldn’t be happier! flawless work.

Cheap, fast, and great workmanship. The employees are very helpful and friendly and they work quickly.

Not impressed. I went to get my engagement ring sized and it was still too big. I told the woman, and she replied that my fingers will swell during the summer. I left and the ring was so loose I was worried about losing it. I went back a few days later with my receipt and was told I would have to pay the full price to have it re-​sized. I refused to give them anymore of my money so took it to another jewelry store in the mall. They told me Express didn’t even finish it when they sized it. Also fitting is guaranteed. If it doesn’t fit, they will re-​do it. That’s how it is supposed to be. I will not go back to Express Jewelers.

My 5^th anniversary was on July 31. Money has been a little tight lately and I was really baffled about what to do. At the last minute I said screw it I know the perfect gift and my wife will love it. I found through Unilocal Express Jewelers. The Jewelers name is Vu (spelling?)
Vu (spelling?) is absolutely an amazing artist. I presented him with a pair of gold hoop earings with small diamonds in them that my father gave to my mother when I was born. I also gave him a peridot that is the birthstone of our child that my Mother in Law gave to my wife and I. Vu and I talked about the design and how we could create these items into a beautiful ring for my beautiful wife.
The ring is absolutely stunning and my wife loves it. It has so much meaning because it represents my father, mother, mother in law, wife, me and my child.
Vu thank you so much. You are truly talented. I would highly recommend Express Jewelers for any custom ring or repair. Dom (spelling ?) is an angel. You two made this a great day, and my family and I are so grateful. When my Mom saw the ring it brought tears of Joy to her eyes. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

These guys are great! They are quick and listened to my needs. They were able to deliver in a timely manner and the results were above my expectations! From my experience they are great with custom designs and watches. You can’t go wrong here!

Went here last week and had a great experience. A friend had recommended them to me. I took 2 rings a necklace and a watch to be cleaned, sized and a battery replaced. Both the lady and man working there were very friendly and helpful. When I came back to pick up the items they remembered me by name and I was very pleased with their work. Originally went to the mall to do some shopping, but I saw this place and thought I would ask about repairs for one of my watches that has an old band and a defect on the face. The associate was very friendly, informative and not pushy at all to make a sale! Over-​all it was a pleasant experience I ended up walking away with a badass Eagle etched Zippo lighter.
Will definitely be returning to get my watch repaired!

Great service and fast. They repaired a pair of rather expensive earrings that had been «fixed» elsewhere and had been rendered unwearable — now they are perfect. Very good work, nice people who know what they are doing and very reasonable prices. Great to have them downtown.

Could not be more pleased with the service here. Brought in a watch to have a new band and deployant put on it. Out in less than fifteen minutes at a price less than half of what some of the other jewelers in the Seattle area would have charged. Fantastic service at a fantastic price.

I came in looking for a new watch band for my Pebble watch, and was able to pick a band in stock that I loved, and have them install and size it for me in about 10 minutes; great service, helpful staff, I’ll be back again soon!
