David is the only inspector I’d even consider using. He spent the entire day at the house I was looking to buy and produced a 60+ page document describing everything the house would need for the foreseeable future. It’s essentially a handbook that could be used to guide you through all your future possible expenses you might incur at the home.
He also brings an amazing amount of domain knowledge on everything the city requires for permits and possible tangles with various rules and regulations and all the systems and subsystems of your house (heating, septic, electrical. etc etc)
Just the time he spends there and his amazing attention to every little detail makes this by far the easiest 5 star recommendation to make.
