Embassy Apartments

As I understand it there seems to not be a noise ordinance or quiet time in place. Tenants whom complain about sleep startling disruptive noises coming from neighbors adjacent to or above/​below them seem to not be dealt with in a professional manner. Management seems only interested in collection of rent. Which is suppose to secure you place and allow for one to enjoy peace and quiet when one is trying to sleep. If you are a student, professional salaried worker, or someone whom enjoys a nice sound sleep in order to not be on the news due to extreme sleep deprivation then I recommend that you not choose this domicile as a place of refuge. As its too closely simulates one being trapped in a trunk of a car or old van.

A friend of mine lives there and is having issues with the upstairs tenant. Shd has voiced her concerns and was basically told to pay almost triple yo move into a different apartment with the same layout and amenities snd sigh a new lease, or deal with not sleeping at all: as the upstairs tenant is up all night. The landlord has no regard in resolving the issue in a peaceful manner.

Good location. Old buildling. Thin walls. Filled with young-​ish types that like to scream and yell until the early hours of the morning. Bums urinating in front of your windows
After a sleepless, dirty, visually shocking year, they screw you on your deposit.
