I’ve been to the West Seattle location many many many times over the years. Made my first appearance at their Lake City locale a couple weeks back and will definitely return. Love how open it is compared to West Seattle. Same great menu(with a few variations), just as friendly staff, and they have a downstairs section you can reserve for larger group events. Big fan of their No Doubt Stout, their ahi tacos, and their burgers(I get mine as the portabella option). I’m a happy camper when I come to Elliott Bay Brewery.

Quite good sandwiches here! Big TVs to watch whatever game is on. Wait staff was very nice and attentive. Sadly, we didn’t try any beers. We’ll have to save that for next time.

Great at managing food allergies. Was fabulous handling my soybean allergy and a friend’s tree nut allergy. Can’t eat the fried food due to the fryer oil, but there were other options.

Place is awesome. Great beer, good food, gluten free options, good location, lots of space so usually not a wait.

Went here monday with the wife and friends. Not to busy, seated promptly. We finally decided on the brews we had. I had a gingerbite apple ale which was oretty good. Ordered there mini corndogs from the not so happy hour. 4.95 $ for 3 mini corndogs. Crazy steap for what you get so skip them. I had the lava burger with a fried egg on top. It was good, but left me wanted more. It was the kind of burger i imagined sloppy, juicey, messy burger with suace dripping. That was left to the imagination though as it was not suacey at all. It was a good burger though just wanted a little more. Over all it was a good experience and i love the decore.

This is one of my favorite breweries in North seattle/lake city. It has decent beer plus great salads. We end up coming here about once a month and it never disappoints. Don’t get me wrong, there are plenty of craft breweries that I have been to(over 60 in the last year alone) and this one is not my favorite at all, but in this area is pretty good. This brewery is one that is more of a restaurant than a bar, but it’s still lively and I have yet to go when it wasn’t at least half full. Their beer is average/above average for craft beer(in Washington). They have a good amount of seasonals that rotate through and they have plenty of ipas which are pretty decent. I still recommend this brewery to my friends as a good place to grab a beer and food when in the area. Plus they have a basement that you can rent out for parties!

I would rate this location as a 5 star if the owner wasn’t so hard headed about wanting it to NOT be a sports bar(really?). Anyway, the location is an open space with a nice bar seating area and lots of TV’s for your viewing pleasure. I’m not sure if they have NFL ticket, as I usually show up to watch the Seahawks play. Do not expect sound upstairs, the owner refuses to play sound on the top level. To accommodate for this ridiculousness, they open up the lower floor with giant screen TV’s and SOUND! However, you can barely hear it over the cheering Seahawks fans and hoard of children running around. The unsupervised miniature humans can be severely irritating if you want to watch the game and can’t get a seat close enough, but it is awesome being around so many 12’s. I’m a huge fan of the burgers and often get mine with sweet potato fries or a side caesar salad. I’ve tried the fritters for breakfast too, not bad if you like heavy carbs. The mimosa’s are nothing to write home about, but they have an awesome draft list and decent wine menu. This is definitely my comfort food place and Seahawks den despite some of the challenges listed.

This is our favorite place around the north seattle area. EVERYTHING on the menu is awesome. That is until I tried the apple fritters. Not my kinda thing although I’m not much of a dense thick donut guy, I like the airy and flaky kind. Burgers are amazing, one of us always gets a burger so we can both have some and then we try something new for the second dish. If you go before before 6:30 you’ll get in right away. After that it gets pretty slammed as it should.

A suburban brew pub in a shopping center. The place was busy the Tuesday after thanksgiving. A nice selection of their own brews as well as other craft brewers. Elliot Bays beers are certified organic, non GMO. Very good. I sampled the B-Town Brown and the Yukon Gold. Both very tasty. The food was hearty and tasty. Kinda middle of the road gastropub. While the seating seemed bigger than usual to me, in terms of what I’m used to seeing in a brew pub, they have the logistics worked out. Service was prompt and attentive. Food came out quickly and the bar was not backed up. In a land of craft brewers, this place stands out.

Our visit started off ok. We were promptly greeted/seated, our waitress was friendly, and the beer selection was good. To make a long story short, my order was made incorrectly and the waitress, who seemed to be great at first, completely disappeared for THEREST of our meal so not only did I have to deal with correcting my order myself(I picked out the onions that I asked not to be included in my cheesesteak, not that big of a deal BUT they were chopped and cooked with the meat and I had no silverware so I used my fingers), our water then our beer glasses sat empty on the table for the last ¾ of our meal. It was a damn shame because my husband’s salad was oddly salty while my cheesesteak was super greasy and unsalted so we were both in serious need of something to wash our mouths out! In the end, one of the bartenders(or at least one of the ladies that was working in the bar) brought us our check and at least attempted to salvage what was left of a disappointing experience. Her effort was appreciated and she sincerely tried to provide good service but it was definitely too little too late. A tip to the management, train your waitresses to check in on their tables or at least teach them to hand them off to someone else if they’re going to take a permabreak. The beer and the ample street parking was good, nothing else was.

This place is really as good as it gets. I live in the neighborhood and always fall back on this a reliable and tasty option. The variety of food is expansive, portions are big, price is right, it is always fresh and they also offer Gluten Free options, which is a bonus when you need that. Honestly, I have never ordered something I haven’t enjoyed(and most people who I go here with, say the same). This place does crowded(especially on weekends), but they have a downstairs area where you can order a drink and hangout while you wait. The staff is super friendly, huge beer and wine selection and it is just an all around great spot. Just in case you were wondering, here are some of my favorite things to order(I always have a tough time choosing). I usually share these plates or take leftovers. — Fish & Chips(huge pieces of fish, 3 total. definitely can be shared) — Burgers(pretty much any of them, but the Elk Burger is bomb) — Italian Club(one time they asked if I wanted to add a fried egg, clearly I said yes, naturally I left in a food coma) — Public House Dip– homemade horseradish blue cheese aioli gives it an extra dash of yummy — Mini corn dogs– appetizer, with homemade honey mustard– I meaaan, come on– yes. duh.

I like this place for the location, parking, and chill atmosphere. Service has always been efficient and I’ve come here multiple times w/large groups and it has always gone smoothly. Typical bar selections here, decent food, but not stand out. I’ve tried their salads, which are quite large and tasty, their sandwiches which are decent, and the fish n chips. Price wise closer to $ 15 per dish, but portions are generous and I usually end up taking leftovers home. They’re also very accommodating with substitution requests.

My neighborhood brewpub. Excellent house beers – both the regular and seasonal options offer something for every taste, and they maintain a few guest taps for a wider variety. Also a selection of ciders(all guest) and a few wine options. Menu options include pub standards like fish & chips and burgers, along with monthly specials that reflect the flavors and ingredients of the seasons. I’be been a regular here for about 3 years, gotten to know many of the servers well, and I’m lucky to call them friends. They’re a friendly and attentive lot, and the pub is a good spot for happy hour or game day or just a nice break from your routine. Cheers!

This place looks fresh and new. It has a modern design something of an open kitchen where you can see the work being done. A fair number of TV screens to watch sports. The menu has an impressive assortment of offerings. Lots of options for vegetarian and carnivore alike. The beer menu also boasts lots of options from primarily pacific northwest breweries, which I like to support.

Elliot Bay Brewery is a fantastic venue for whatever event you are planning. I recently attended a very well appointed wedding reception in the downstairs room. I enjoyed their beer and service so much I decided to host our fantasy football draft here! One of the managers Ryan was very gracious, he offered us a private room toward the back with no minimum, granted no paying customers reserved it. We had plenty of space to eat, drink, and draft. And we were able to smack talk without fear of offending anyone else. Ryan even ran over right before we started to let us know about Jordy Nelson’s injury! Now that is service. The beers here are fantastic. They had about 12 different in house brews on tap, which is pretty phenomenal. The offer 5 x 5oz samplers so you can try their whole range. Currently, their Session IPA«Virgil Sunshine» is my favorite. Clean with tangy floral hoppiness. You can’t go wrong with the food here either. They incorporate beer in to many of the menu items in a way that doesn’t feel forced. I’ve enjoyed the Bacon and Corn Fritters and the Corn Dogs. I had the Cowboy Burger with Fries and they both really hit the spot. The slightly spicy horseradish blue cheese spread worked well with the bacon and onions. The fries were crisp and fluffy and were great dipped in the pub sauce. If you need an event space or just a beer after work you can’t go wrong with Elliot Bay.

Things that are great/make Elliott Bay unique among breweries in the area: –a TON of local and proprietary brews on tap that are organic!(And brewed onsite) –massive dining area in case you want to bring ten of your closest friends with you to dinner –ciders for those who aren’t the biggest beer fans –great prices: a flight of five beers runs around 7 bucks, depending on which ones you try –half price growler fills on Tuesdays(Lake City location) –free parking! And lots of it All of the above and more combine to make EB an excellent choice for a dinner out or just grabbing drinks with friends – to be honest, I was surprised at their large selection of taps and the size of the place given the smaller appearance of the storefront. I would also like to recommend the sweet potato gaufrettes(basically waffle fries) with their house made ketchup and hot mustard for dipping for snacking – they’re super tasty, and a large portion size. Re: their beers, the Lake City Way IPA(love the name) was outshined by their Red Von Boorian, by far my favorite brew of the flight. This place gets five stars and deserves it. I’ll definitely be back.

Elliot Bay should be a destination for those who reside inside and outside of Lake City. Yes, LCW has a great restaurant/brewery! There, I said it. Now you know. So go. My husband and I come here frequently. The hostesses recognize us and know to always give us a booth. We have our menu favorites that we come here specifically for: –the chicken fajita salad: it’s HUGE so be warned. It’s like a platter of salad. –the California burger: comes with bacon and guac. Any of their burgers can be made with a turkey party which is what I usually get. They have the best tasting turkey burgers I’ve had anywhere. The patties are juicy, tender, and flavorful. Other tasty items include the chicken fingers and both of their fish tacos(tuna or the fried cod). Love their chipotle aioli. Love their side veggies. Love their sweet potato fries. They have a ton of rotating beer on tap. We like the B-Town Brown and the Lunaweizen. Tons of IPAs for the hardcore beer lovers. You can also bring in a growler and they’ll fill it up for you with your favorite beer. A glass of house wine runs you $ 5. It’s one of those places where you have to ask for water or you don’t get it. Just a tip.

I arrived at 8 pm on a Friday night for a family birthday dinner. I was the first one there so I put my name on the list and I watched as the hostess put my name down as «Rainy” — hahaha that’s a new one! I’m assuming she didn’t hear me because this place is super noisy. I had a few good laughs because although I was yelling at my cousin next to me to communicate, I had to explain to him that no, I did not say«beer cats» I said«beard hats»(it was Mariner’s beard hat night). Anyway it’s suPER LOUD! We started off with a pitcher of beer that our waiter suggested to us and it was light and refreshing! I ended up ordering the blue buffalo chicken blt salad. This is NOT a healthy, I’m-trying-to-lose-3-pounds salad by any means, which is both great and slightly concerning. My plate came and it was enormous! More like an entire garden with a whole fried chicken on it than a salad, but I’m not complaining about that! The meal was just alright though. The chicken was not very buffalo-y, it was more sweet than sour/spicy which is why I love buffalo-flavored things. The dressing was also poured all over the chicken so the would-be crunchy pieces were soggy by the time I got to them *cry* but overall I found the salad enjoyable and I had leftovers so that’s a plus! Three of my cousins ordered the lava burger, about a minute after they all came out the waiter came back to let one of my cousins know that they accidentally gave him an elk burger so they switched it out. Halfway into another cousin’s burger she was saying that the arugula was making her burger taste bitter and she realized that there were no jalapenos on her lava burger– well turns out they also messed up and gave her an elk burger! She was kinda disgusted that she didn’t realize and it’s kinda a sucky experience to have, especially since no one came to check if the other two lava burgers were correct after the first mistake. Overall, food is good, service is okay, the place seems to be always packed so it might be a good place to watch a game or something but still«meh» to me.
