Great place for a romantic date night! I definitely loved the ambiance and atmosphere, had superb customer service. definitely a huge plus =)
It was my Fiancé’s first time there and he really enjoyed himself and loved the food. We got the Ahi tuna Tartare, Gaucho Salad, Filet Mignon, and the Anderson Ranch ALL Natural Rack of Lamb. My favorite was the lamb and ahi tuna, absolutely divine! Everything was cooked perfectly to our tasting. it was tender and juicy, literally melted in our mouths!
The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the drinks weren’t really to my liking and it took a long time to get our bill.
It was a bit pricey but definitely worth it! If you are looking for a sensational meal worth your money, definitely El Gaucho is your place!

My husband and I have heard such great things about El Gaucho, and we decided to give it a try but first starting with their happy hour!
The happy hour menu is awesome, and has a great variety of choices (unlike some other high end restaurants). The burger wasn’t out of this world, but I really enjoyed the steak sandwich we ordered and the amazing mac & cheese! Plus, the complimentary cheesy garlic bread might have been my favorite part of the meal!
Will be back to order from the main menu!

I’ve been going to El Gaucho for over 20 years here in Seattle, Bellevue, Portland and Tacoma. I’ve eaten everything on the menu many times over. Attended numerous special events and hosted many banquets in their private rooms. So you can safely say I’ve been a huge supporter. This is one of the places that stays true to concept and menu. The room is dark and sexy as hell and perfect for a business dinner or a romantic interlude. When you walk in you feel like you must kiss someone!
They have never been shy about asking a premium price for outstanding service and food. An extensive wine list that is second to none. A wonderful classic cocktail list.
Tonight I enjoyed: Classic table side Caesar salad, wicked shrimp, steak Diablo and Brussel sprouts cooked in duck fat. Everything as always sublime! I am trying to remember if anything has ever been a disappoint?
If you want to impress this is where to go, if your disappointed then get your medication checked!

This is a really great steakhouse. It has a speakesie type vibe to it. Super nice and elegant inside and the servers dressed decked out in suits. It’s nice! We ordered the New York prime steak, roasted corn and scalloped potatoes. The servings come in separate dishes and are enough for two. The Caesar salad we ordered was made table side. The food was insanely good. At the end they give you a huge fruit dish to eat off of, which includes things like grapes, whole nuts of different varieties, cheeses, breads.
