Dynamic Chiropractic

Dynamic Chiropractic is very close to my work, and it has never been a problem to get in at a time that works for me, which is so necessary with my insane weekdays. Dr. Carr is great and I can tell that he genuinely cares about me healing. He was recommended by multiple coworkers and I’m glad I finally went to see him.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Carr for a little over a year now and can’t imagine going to any other chiropractor. In brevity he is knowledgeable, attentive and personable. He takes the time to talk and get to know you while providing top rate care. He is extremely knowledgable and takes the time to understand what’s going on before starting «cracking.» I originally came in because I had a Groupon for an adjustment and massage that I had purchased after feeling dissatisfied with my previous Chiro. Dr. Carr started by taking X-​Rays which we went over in my next visit as he laid out his treatment plan. He provides a comprehensive treatment plan that is more than just coming in for an adjustment. He provided guidance on what I can do at home and work, including Stretches, better footwear and sleeping habits. When I came in I had very poor posture, neck and back pain from leaning over a computer for hours on end each day. Dr. Carr recommended simple ideas to focus on to improve this and provided me sticker dots to put around to serve as a reminder to straighten up. I’ve definitely seen an improvement in less pain myself and we did a re-​examine to track the progress in range of motion!
While we were going to be reducing my visits I injured my tailbone and have now been coming in frequently for that. He again tailored his care for what I needed and recommended a better chair cushion than the usual donut. With his help I am seeing a much quicker recovery time!
As I said before Dr. Carr is very knowledgable. He generally explains what is going on and is always able to answers my questions and provides the technical terms and causes for the pain and adjustments he is doing. If you are in a hurry and nothing new is happening he will get you in and out very quickly which is nice. But he will always take the time to give you personal attention and address an issues and questions you have. Occasionally this causes him to run behind but I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes, which seems pretty standard for any doctor.
Additionally, there is a massage therapist on staff, Andrea, who I’ve seen multiple times who is fantastic as well and a nice complement to the chiropractic care.
The staff are all very friendly and professional and scheduling and paying bills is very easy.

I’ve been treating with Dr. Carr for at least 5 years now. He’s the best chiropractor I’ve found– anywhere! His adjustments are spot-​on. I trust him completely. I have a major neck issue that I wouldn’t feel comfortable allowing just anyone to touch.
As a bonus, Dr. Carr super knowledgeable about nutrition and biochemistry. I always learn something new when I visit him (mostly b/​c he never erases his white-board…seriously, you’ve got to see his white-​boards!)
Dr. Carr is funny and personable. He doesn’t rush his appointments. He takes the time to build a relationship with his patients. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to establish care with the best chiro in town!

Dr. Carr is amazing. He has helped me recover from at least 3 times I threw out my back or neck, where I was on bedrest and couldn’t go into the office for work. I have been seeing him regularly for 6 – 7 years. Almost every injury he has been able to help me with. He is funny and personable. I recommend him regularly. His staff helps me with any billing problems I have. He gets 5 stars, 2 thumbs up and a gold star.

I only wish I lived in Seattle so that I could continue getting adjusted by Dr. Carr. He is a phenomenal chiropractor! On top of that he is very knowledgeable on the nervous system, the spine, the way we are supposed to move and breathe, etc. In an age where doctors try to get you in and out of their office in minutes, Dr. Carr took the time to explain my source of discomfort and showed me ways to help correct the dysfunctional areas of my body. The man is just so personable and brilliant and I can’t say enough good things. Thank you for caring, Dr. Carr!

Dr. Carr is great! He will help you figure out the causes of what ails you and a plan of attack to make you feel right as rain. All the while he is a great conversationalist. He will help you understand what is going on by talking with you, not down at you or using a bunch of medical jargon without any sort of explanation for us laymans. Highly suggest!

I moved to Seattle a year ago and although my back pain was debilitating, I delayed seeing a chiropractor because I’ve had some bad/​scary experiences. I’m so happy I found Dr. Carr! My back pain was quickly resolved with no scary episodes. I go in for a «tune-​up» regularly and I’ve never been hurt or scared. Dr. Carr has a calm, relaxed manner and uses just enough pressure to get the job done. Extra bonus — never a long waiting time.

Dr. Carr is someone who really cares about my health and spine. I can TRUST him with it. I used to see him when I lived in Seattle. I moved to Canada and was seeing a chiropractor there who did more harm. I flew all the way back to Seattle to consult with him and had him look at my X-​rays and do some treatment. I felt better after just one treatment He does not over treat and takes the time with his diagnosis of the problem. I would recommend Dr. Carr to anyone who is scared of chiropractic. He is gentle and listens to your needs. I cannot say enough good words about him. Thank you Dr. Carr!

I regularly see a chiropractor in the San Francisco Bay Area in CA. I had missed my appointment with my regular chiropractor before my trip to Seattle and thought that I would be ok until I returned home.
My back didn’t agree and the pain increased to a point where I was unable to stand up straight and I could barely walk.
I found Dynamic Chiropractic Clinic on Unilocal and was pleasantly surprised that they opened at 6:30 in the morning. I inquired on the online form and received an email response that evening to come in to see Dr. Carr in the morning.
Dr. Carr was incredibly knowledgeable and was a master adjuster. I had finally found a HUGE relief in pain after the adjustment. It was so good that I went back the next morning before my flight out of town for a second adjustment. I was headed to Chicago for a few days before heading home so it would have been another few days before I would have been able to see my regular chiropractor.
I don’t know what I would have done if it weren’t for Dr. Carr!

I have been a patient of Dr. Carr’s for years but am a little behind the Unilocal times. I have been to other chiropractors in the past, but Dr. Carr is the best of the the best! His adjustments are quick and precise and I always leave without whatever was ailing me when I walked in. He has several chiropractic tricks, techniques, and tools up his sleeve — those are best explained by him, but you as the patient will be the beneficiary! If you are lucky, he may even tell you one of his cheesiest jokes to brighten your day on the way out. Try Dynamic Chiropractic now if you are in pain or just in need of maintenance care.

I had an upper back injury from years of training martial arts that no other chiropractor could fix. I’ve been to 5 others and Dr. Carr was able to determine the problem within 15 minutes or so and then fix it. He’s also very knowledgeable in dealing with hyper flexible athletes like myself.

I started going to this office and was seeing Tiffany Christie DC. She was great and her services helped identify my neck issue.
She suggested I get a massage and I scheduled one. My massage therapist was Doug McCreary. This man undid all the work which Dr. Tiffany accomplished. He hurt me in ways I wasn’t even aware was possible.
Today, the day later I have physical and visible bruises all over my upper body.
During my 50 minute massage I groaned in pain, winced, expressed that I wanted less pressure, asked him to not repeat certain movements yet all of these request, physical and verbal queues were ignored.
I’ve NEVER had a massage which I was in pain for nearly the entire process.
I thank Dr. Tiffany for the therapy and for putting me on a Denneroll home therapy to assist in my recovery, but as long as this massage terrorist is employed at this office, I shall not set foot inside this office.

Jaclyn is the best chiropractor I have ever been to! She listens to your issues and asks questions to get to the root of the problem. She spends extra time when on you when needed and cares about improving your health. And the receptionists are all angels. Very friendly and genuine! I also see Doug the massage therapist. Best massages I have ever had. He focuses on correcting injury rather than creating a fluffy spa experience which I appreciate. He is very knowledgeable about his work and takes pride in what he does. Highly recommend both Jaclyn and Doug for regular treatment!

I have seen Dr. Carr many times over the last few years for many different and painful problems and I always walked out feeling much better physically as well as mentally than when I walked in. If you’re interested in understanding why you’re in pain as much as you are in resolving your pain, Dr. Carr is the one to see. To top it off he’s always smiling with a positive altitude and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Doctor Carr is AWESOME!!! He doesn’t rush through my visit like most chiropractors do, he seems to care about me as a person and he takes the time to explain exactly what is going on in my body in a way that is clear and easy to understand. He comes across as confident, knowledgeable, and skilled, definitely all good things when someone is manipulating your spine! He’s also very animated, funny, and charming. I trusted him right off the bat and still do years later. Do your back a favor and go see this Dr Carr!

My only regret is that I did not come to Dr. Carr earlier. He was very knowledgeable and able to relieve my chronic back pain which helped me get back into sailing and running in a short time.

I went here a few times. The receptionist is very friendly which makes up for the chiropractor. It seemed like he tried to be friendly, but was very rude in the process. He took x rays of my neck and spine, adjusted my back. Which was fine except for the pain I had was in my neck. He didn’t seem to pay attention. It was like he was preoccupied with something else every time I went in there. I canceled my last visit because I decided to go somewhere else and they sent me a bill. After I canceled? I’m not paying and I’m not going back. The only good thing was the receptionist.

I went to Dynamic Chiropractic because of a Groupon that included a one-​hour massage, chiropractic exam (including x-​rays), and a consultation. I was scheduled to see Dr. Tiffany Christie, who was very nice and explained certain issues that I have with my spine. At my second appointment with her, I received my first ever spinal realignment and was satisfied with how I felt afterwards. It felt as though all of my back muscles were relieved of pressure and tightness. I couldn’t wait to get my massage (which is the real reason why I got the Groupon) because my back would feel even better afterwards, right?
WRONG!
The massage I received here was horrible. I did not have a preference of a male or female massage therapist so I was scheduled with the female therapist. This was the most uncomfortable massage that I have ever received. I was in pain for most of the 45-​minute massage and she did not focus on the areas that I said were usually the most painful or tight. This was the first time that I did not feel better after getting a professional massage.
I figured that I would MAYBE come back just to see Dr. Christie for a follow-​up appointment so that she could help me to fix the problems I have with my spine. However, the receptionist couldn’t even help me figure out if my insurance covers any chiropractic care. I gave her my insurance card and after fiddling around in the computer for a minute or two, she passed my card back to me and said I will just have to call them myself. This was when I decided that I won’t be returning.
I want to give this place one star because of the horrible massage, but here’s an extra star to Dr. Christie.

Dr. Carr is a life saver. I’ve been coming here for about 3 years. He is not pushy, never demands that you come in frequently. It’s clear he’s there to help you, and does not look at you as a dollar sign. I have very infrequent upper back and hip issues, so I’ll come in sporadically, and always feel like a million bucks when I leave.
I am now 8 months pregnant, and have been seeing Dr. Carr during the last part of my pregnancy. It’s wonderful, since everything is kind of pulled out of whack by my belly! He fixes me up and sends me on my way. Not, of course, without some of his jokester quips. If you have no sense of humor, beware. But I love it.
Overall — the office is great, the Dr. is great, and if I ever had to pick another chiropractor, I’d probably cry. Dr. Carr is hard to beat.

How have I not reviewed Dr. Carr on here yet?! This is the one business I recommend to everyone I know.
Dr. Carr is my primary care physician. He makes it so I can breathe and sit, and without him my boyfriend and I would probably break up. Therefore, let’s also consider him a Voodoo Witch Doctor of Love. PURE MAGIC.
I was skeptical about going to a clinic downtown and had previously been wary of chiropracty in general. But, Dr. Carr was incredibly easy to work with, I felt comfortable and at ease immediately, and since I started going to him, my quality of life has improved, I am no longer in intense pain, and I have learned a great deal about health and bodies in general.
I also appreciated that he x-​rayed my bones before cracking them. That’s responsible!
Now that I’m not stricken by pinched nerves, sciatica, and breath-​taking rib subluxations, I still see Dr. Carr regularly, about the same time I top off my car with oil. I consider these «tune ups» to continue enjoying a healthy and normal state of being.
I have always found street parking easily, even during rush hours and marathons.
For those of us without insurance, I would rate Dynamic Chiropractic as one «$» because for what you’re getting, this is truly worth more than the price charged for an adjustment.
