Domino’s Pizza

Just no. No one is expecting greatness from dominoes. This one is particularly bad. Avoid

I shouldn’t be ordering from Domino’s. They make it way too easy with online ordering though.
This last go around with this location is the last draw. Read on below Pros and Cons for more details.
Pros: Online ordering and usually quick.
Cons: Drivers block our street and irritate my neighbors. Also, they seem to have a hard time finding the place. This is in the face of many other delivery companies have little effort finding our house.
Ordered online tonight. Delivery time said 20 – 30 minutes, sounds good to me. I got the confirmation email and it showed the 20 – 30 minute time frame.
1 hour later the pizza was delivered and cold. Awesome…
I called the manager and she had no clue. Not like having a bad day with a bunch of stuff going but flat out clueless.
I manage people. I have terrible days. But, my focus is always the customer. My goal is always to be proactive with the customer. This manager was neither. Basically ineffectual and just there to take my diatribe.
Honestly, I should be supporting local pizzerias, like Central Pizza. This is the push I needed to do so.

We ordered a pizza a few nights ago and it took nearly one hour and thirty minutes. Its probably busy, whatever we said. Opening up the box and we are missing our topping. Just one topping. How can you miss just one? It takes 10 seconds. Giving extra star because pizza was good. This is not the first time. Maybe we’ll try again in a year and pray you guys got your sheet together before we get a heart attack for forgetting our saliva inducing toppings.

One of the few things that is a cheap treatment to depression is pizza. After messing up my order the past 3 times, this store owes me a voucher paying for a local therapist.
The most current order was placed online. I decided to splurge on one there signiture legendary pizzas, paying a few more dollars for a fancier pizza. They forgot 3 of the toppings. Three toppings. Three toppings. I say it three times because it comes up on their screen as 3 separate toppings.
The past 2 orders the same senerio: missing toppings.
I normally save a few bucks and choose carryout, but this time I was pressed for time and decided to pay for delivery. While they did delivery on a timely manner, when I showed the driver the lack of toppings on the pizza, which he had no idea why, and told me I should call the store. Why do I the customer need to tell your boss what is wrong when you are standing at my front door?
I’ve timed the online order progress bar and it comes out to the same exact time everytim, so it is certainly automated, but on that progress bar it says they do a quality check. How does the driver not know it was correctly made when there is no visible toppings?
I’ve worked at a franchised pizza place and understand dinner rushes, but this was 8pm on a monday.
I will not be hushed by a gift card or a free pizza when they mess up three orders in a row. This store needs corporate intervention and new management. I will not be returning again.

I attempted to order on the Domino’s app at 10:30am and it went to the wrong location. Not a huge deal but I wasn’t notified for 30 min. Ireceived a call that they would send my order to the correct location, the south Jackson store. I called this store to confirm. I asked that my order please be rushed since I had already been waiting 35 minutes at this point. I was told yes. I then waited an additional 50 minutes before calling again and was told they were short staffed and it would be going out next. Then another 30 minutes went by and it again did not show up. I called again and was told they had only one driver for the last two hours and a second one had just come in and I was the next order up. This was 40 minutes ago. I am still waiting. I tried ordering initially at 10:30am, it is now 1:10pm. This is ridiculous.

I love going here after a long day after school, I usually order while I’m walking there and it’s already ready for me to pick up when I walk in! The crust is soft and the pizza is super tasty. It must be so convenient for the people who live in Pratt apts bc they can just go straight down and get a pizza. Would really recommend this place if you’re craving some pizza or have nothing to make for dinner!

It’s hard for me because the pizza taste okay and they are friendly but it’s just really unprofessional how they go about business. I ordered online and it said my pizza was ready for pickup. Went to the store and just stood around for five minutes before they even said hello (it’s busy I get it) but I saw they hadn’t even finished making my pizza even though someone confirmed it had been (maybe they have a certain amount of time for online orders and said they finished to make their time). The music in the store was loud and vulgar. I don’t mind but what if I was with kids? Lots of potential at this store but I only recommend delivery.

Tonight, just totally killed this dominos for me, place my pizza order at 11:08pm, was ready and suppose to be delivered at 11:21pm, didn’t come for an hour, waited till 12:00am. Called in and asked when it will be delivered and they said 20 minutes, that’s an hour and 20 minutes, didn’t come at all. It’s called at 12:59am and they said that it’ll be out the door in 30 – 40 minutes. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I’m not waiting that long 3 hours for a pizza? I could have place an order at mamas pizza and waited 3 hours. Terrible terrible experience. Never im a million years recommending this dominos or coming back. They are lucky I am giving them 2 stars.

Never got my order. Called three times. Always put on hold. I gave them my address to confirm if they deliver there n they said they do. Forty five minutes later, I receive a call saying they don’t deliver there.

I am in grad school so naturally I eat way too much fast food then I should. This dominos is closest to my house so I frequently order from them. In the past year EVERY time I have ordered they have either forgotten something or delivered the wrong order. The food is always very good and they always do their best to fix the problem. I just hope someday I actually get what I order…

I called this store tonight to place an order for delivery. I think it was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. The person I spoke to was SO nice, super accommodating and very respectful. And so was the delivery guy. And of course the cheesy bread was amazing as per usual. Thank you dominos!

The queen of all Domino’s!
‘Why the fuck would anyone review Domino’s on Unilocal?’ you might ask. ‘They all make exactly the same tasty-​when-​drunk and mediocre-​when-​sober fast food pizza’ you might add.
WRONG!
This store is apparently under new management, and said new manager is the queen bee of fucking awesome. She was more accommodating to me than anyone ever has a right to expect, and besides that her team made me literally the best chain-​pizzeria pizza I’ve ever had. And I went to college, so I’ve had… let’s call it ‘several’ of them.
Domino’s store #7093, you guys are my heroes.

The delivery man was right on time. The person who took my order was pleasant, he even tried to see if he can lower the price for me! Im enjoying my pizza ^_^

The lava cakes are so good! The bacon jalapeño cheesy bread is okay, wish there was more cheese. I ordered white sauce half with chicken, spinach, and mushrooms. The other half has steak, jalapeños, and onions. I would recommend ordering extra sauce I couldn’t taste the sauce at all. There was hardly any chicken or steak.

We ordered 4 medium 2 topping pizzas for $ 5.99 each. BBQ Chicken, Hawaiian, Cheese and Sausage with Mushrooms. They delivered a little bit later than expected but everything was still hot. The crust was better than what we remembered having before. It was crispy and not greasy. There was just the right amount of sauce and cheese. We’ll have to try the wings and stuffed cheesy bread next time.

Wow, this Domino’s has gone completely down hill. The past three times I’ve ordered from them the order showed up close to an hour late and was cold. I thought the first time was a fluke, so I had to order 2 more times to error check and got the same results. I’m kinda bummed, because at one point I actually worked for a Domino’s corporate store and this type of performance is completely unacceptable.

This Dominos still has not improved sadly. This time I ordered the pasta carbonara with extra Alfredo sauce and an order of cinnastix. When I got home from picking up my order I opened the pasta box and what do I see, a bowl halfway filled with pasta and no extra sauce. This is very disappointing. I took a picture of it and will be speaking with the manager in the morning. This dominos has disappointed me one too many times! They need to get their stuff together!

Tried to like their gluten free crust but it tasted different then the ones I had ordered from other dominos locations.
They even gave me a second chance to try them, unfortunately this is where they screwed up. Ordered a salad, soda, and two pizzas. They forgot the salad. We tried to get the delivery guys attention when he drove away but it was too late… after calling the store immediately, I finally got the salad three hours later! It was warm and all the ingredients were on one side of the container. It was even handed to me sideways!
So when I want dominos again I will be ordering pickup from the cap hill location because I know I can trust their service.

Usually Iove dominoes and use to order from the quite frequently. Then they opened one 3 blocks from my house. And naturally I was super excited! But I have been disappointed with the delivery service. The first few times the young delivery drivers could not find my address though it is very easy to see, especially if you gps it. Then tonight I try again. And again I have to remind the driver how to get to my house. Its usually the same driver every time, so I just don’t get it?! Tonight though not only did he get lost going three blocks but my food was cold! Probably due to that it was sitting for 30 mins at the store per the dominoes pizza tracker before it was delievered to me. I think this mew dominoes should invest in training classes.

Fast service, friendly people. What else do you expect from a chain pizza joint? Great sandwiches. I always get the chicken bacon ranch. Everyone else in my office likes the pastas.
