DML Insurance has been my personal lines insurance agent over 15 years.
Dena focuses on commercial lines. For the past several years I have worked with Ryan Nass. He saved me over $ 1,500 this past year on our automobile coverage. Last year we went through a complete house inventory — floor coverings, cabinets, personal goods, etc to make sure we had complete coverage. I just really appreciate the attention to details — because I know they don’t make a very large commission on these types of policies.
About 10 years ago Dena recommended obtaining an umbrella policy. And the coverage cost was very inexpensive. She also found us a very reasonably priced earthquake policy — because we know there will be a big one in the Puget Sound at some time. The DML representative came to our home and evaluated any risks in an earthquake — like putting a second strap on the hot water heater. Simple thing — that could save us thousands in damage.
