Good amount of parking in the lot in an area that has plenty of street parking, super cute inside, great baristas, good coffee and WOW! Very impressed by the pastry offerings AND cold case of more hearty breakfast and lunch options. I had a pesto egg muffin with cheddar this morning, which they heated up for me. Crisp on the outside, flavorful and melty on the inside… And the best part it was barely over $ 4, if at all. $ 9 for an almond milk latte and perfect on-the-go breakfast? Yes, please! Their day old basket looks well stocked, too, which a cheap jerk like me always appreciates.

In a town known for its coffee, this is still one of the few places that actually know how to make it.

Very good coffee. Sign says Best Drip Coffee in??? Oh who cares? Its very good AND they have simple syrup, which is easier to stir inro my iced latte. And non-corporate. Thank God. Nice staff, quiet… no Starbux music blasting.

Decent coffee for your coffee fix. It would be in my top 10 list of coffee places around the Seattle Metro area. The staff is friendly.

Small, simple coffee shop that has tasty drinks, sandwiches, and sweets. The menu isn’t cluttered with too many choices, and the seating areas aren’t so crowded that your chair is resting against someone else’s. Quiet, good music, plenty of wall outlets, clean bathrooms, and private parking. What’s not to love?

Great place to bring your kids — I can’t even fit my legs between the table bottom and my chair seat. I’m relatively tall and thin, but not extremely so. I noticed that everyone else sitting down is leaning over their table too because they are having the same kid-table mismatch problems.

Good latte and friendly staff. Baked goods are definitely over-priced and not worth it but are good enough.

I still like this place based on all the positives I listed in my previous review. Today in honor of National Coffee Day I got a tall half caff Americano; then I added cream. It was heaven. Cost me $ 3.70 which I feel like is more pricy than other coffee shops, but I loved the taste. I’ll be back for more Americanos ;) and of course to study.

A tall mocha set me back $ 4.88. The coffee was good, better than what I normally expect when trying a place for the first time. What I do expect, though, is a friendly, welcoming environment from the customer facing staff. I found this to be a bit lacking on this visit. Having not been in for several years, I couldn’t say if this is the standard or just a one off. I’d be willing to give it another try, but I don’t see Diva being my regular go-to.

Possibly the best espresso I’ve had to date. I found out one of the reasons today when I went in for an espresso… ristretto shots! Yes! I wanted to know the secret and now I understand why each time my shots of espresso are dreamy, sweet, plenty of crema sans bitterness… lovely. The service was great and we had our bevies within 3 minutes of ordering. Great place for home made delicious cookies, bars, biscotti and pastries. The location is chill too.

I like this place, but don’t come here to get anything done — the wifi is slower than a dial-up modem.

Great coffee with a fabulous, friendly team working there. This is a wonderful local business with employees who obviously enjoy what they are doing. I was disappointed to see the West Seattle store close, but happily will go to the others.

Great espresso, and yummy treats. This place is a big part of the Greenwood community. However, what is happening to the Baristas? I hear they are not getting proper breaks, and the old familiar and friendly faces behind the counter are gone. The place has dipped in customer service in the last couple weeks or so. Hope to see things improve to previous standards.

With the West Seattle location opening years ago, I’ve been a fan of Diva from the start. The coffees are simply delicious. At the Greenwood venue, we find such consistency, friendliness and flavors there isn’t any reason not to drop by whenever in the neighborhood. And there’s lots of parking here too.

I am from Chicago and visited Seattle thinking the coffee would be way better — and Diva Espresso proved me right! I enjoyed a caramel latte two days in a row, and my husband loved the Omega sized Mocha. The staff was very friendly and the store was adorable. I miss this place already!

Excellent service and very good coffee. I got the drip — 3 types available with a well stocked self help counter for milk, sugar etc My partner got the mocha chumly– fantastic coffee and chocolate flavor. Quite different from the canned hersheys syrup they use jn most places. We were able to find indoor seating on a sunday afternoon and stayed for a few hours getting work done. Free wifi. 2 free drip coffee refills if you stay in the store the whole time. Am sure this includes outside seating Parking lot in the back makes it easy to stay here longer. Baristas were friendly, place was clean and comfortable. Will be back!

Par Excellence in Coffee Houses! Freshly roasted and ground beans, the Chumley, and the Generro are among the specialty items – not to mention those in the bakery case – that set Diva apart from Starbuck’s. Diva, again, gives off what I call a «dollhouse» feel to it, meant the quaint a cozy factor is off the charts. I prefer Diva, Van Gogh Dolce Vita and the local coffee shacks to the corporate, cookie-cutter conglomerates(the exception being Tully’s). Diva Greenwood is perfectly situated in the middle of one of the best areas in the city, although parking is a bit tricky(you have to make a left turn from EBNW80th Street right past the Greenwood Ave. N traffic light), or you can park along Greenwood Ave. N without much fear of getting a parking ticket. This place almost has a surreal coziness about it, especially on a fall or winter morning or twilight. I mean, you could almost film a movie here for a great cameo!

I definitely do not come here as much as I would like to. Diva Espresso is a great place and the Greenwood location is my favorite one. Its so warm and inviting and very cute and cozy inside. The baristas are very friendly and helpful too. They make very good coffee here, nice and strong. The kind you sip and read a book and ponder while eating they’re AMAZING butter horns. They make the best butterhorns here! During the holidays the have these amazing Pumpkin Butterhorns, they are absolutely divine! The apple ones are very good as well. I generally like my coffee as cold as possible but when I will come to Diva, I have a hot cup with a butterhorn and its just amazing. I am due for another visit very soon.

This is such a cute little coffee shop. I feel like I am in someone’s quaint living room or something. I usually do not care much for a coffee shop décor/ambiance(I am more concerned about the coffee) but I do like the feel of this shop. I got an 8oz vanilla latte. The total came out to be $ 3.11 which I thought was reasonable — some places charges upwards of $ 4 for the same size latte. My first impressions of the latte was that the foam was not as heavily microfoamed as some of the other local coffeeshops but it was still rather tasty. And the espresso blended quite nicely with the milk. The vanilla syrup was not bad(a hair too sweet), but it blended rather well with the espresso and the milk. I am a fan! I live rather far away though so I might not go out of my way for this coffee shop but if I am in the area, I will stop by for sure.

I’ve been a Diva customer for YEARS, but the Greenwood location is my new home base Diva and I think it’s my favorite. I love the quirky staff in the early AM, which is mostly comprised of male Divas. They all memorized my drink within 2 or 3 visits and I get great conversation about music and the Sonics when I stop in. Also, the coffee is GOOD! I think that they serve the best coffee in the city other than a not to be named here lil Italian spot on Broadway I frequent when I’m in that neighborhood.
