have to give a five star, on time, clean, neat, polite. Even helped me put my dog(75 pounds) in a «stretcher»(area rug) to get her in the van to the vet!

Bought a new furnace last and they told me what great customer service they have. They talked me into paying for a service agreement to guarantee lower prices and same day service if needed. Well today I called to have someone come out and fix my furnace because it is not working, the lady with the horrible nasty attitude on the other end of the line said they couldn’t get out until after 3pm the following day. I said fine I’ll call someone else. I called back about an hour later after another company responded very quickly and pleasantly to talk to a manager and why they had such horrible customer service and why they would falsely advertise same day service and it not be available. I now see where their customer service training came from. My point is there customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Seriously rip off business practice charging $ 460.00 for putting on $ 40.00 equipment and able to justify. Called Dicks Heating to repair water leak from furnace. Mechanic came in last 30 minutes of 4 hour slot provided(wasting half a day) and gave $ 460 quote($ 400 if I take service agreement same time which I did hoping that I am dealing with *right* company) to replace some piece that was not circulating water. He did the work and when he left I just happen to search the equipment replaced cost to find it was $ 42.00. Invoice has no breakdown of labor or parts breakdown but flat fees which is the way to charge huge price for minimal work. Absolutely no transparency and even when telling that as informed customer I can see the equipment price they stick to charging 10 times. After talking to Loretta on phone I am convinced the rip off experience is *how it works* so cancelled $ 100 service agreement expecting more of such events to happen. Loretta was accurate in saying return amount will be $ 20+ since original cost will be $ 460 since I am returning service agreement. Overall bad experience due to lack of transparency and exuberant charges applied. To top it with customer service experienced I am never going back to Dicks heating.

Today Dick’s heating and air-conditioning came out to fix my a/c heat pump. First of all, they were right on time. They were to service a a/c heat pump that i bought from Bel Red energy solutions. Bel Red REFUSED to come out since i complained about multiple problems they refused to resolve. when the tech from Dick’s took the face off the condenser coil(on top of the furnace) He asked me to come look at the problem. Turns out there was hair and dirt plugging things up. The interesting thing was finding the plastic plugs from the coil unit laying in the area that should not have been there. Behind the coil unit was a red handled tool that was also left by the original installer. Bel Red was out last August to do service. They obviously did not remove the front to clean or they would have removed the plastic pieces and the tool. Had they taken off the front and done what they were paid to do i would never have meet a really professional company like Dick’s…Thank you to Dick’s for doing a great job. You have a very happy customer for life. I will tell everybody what a great job you did. As far as Bel Red we’ll see you in court.
