CS Construction

Having renovated a couple of houses, I’ve met my share of contractors and have done a decent amount of things myself. Craig from CS Construction is one of the stand outs from my projects. I love working with owner/​operators like Craig as the person who bids on the job will be doing the work which helps a lot with mis-​communication and overall comfort.
Craig was involved with our latest renovation — a 1600sf down-​to-​the-​studs renovation with a bathroom extension and taking down a bunch of walls and re-​framing some others. Work was completed on time and budget with issues raised by Craig at appropriate times as well as great input on ideas. Above all, he is super easy to work with, very professional and a nice friendly bloke :-)
One memorable experience during the project was a call to Craig from me on a Saturday morning after another contractor had «created an issue». Craig dropped what he was doing and was at my house in a couple of hours and had the issue fixed (reframing a wall) in an hour so the project would not get off schedule.
