Cristalla is about as good as it gets except that the neighborhood hasn’t quite caught up to it — but it will! There are a lot of projects right around there. Cristalla is located on the corner of 2^nd and Lenora just North of Downtown Seattle in Belltown, but close enough to Downtown proper that it feels like you are living in Downtown Seattle. Studios start at around $ 295,000 currently, but this is a luxury building and units go on up over a million depending on square footage, floor, and view. If you are looking for a beautiful building and want to be Downtown, then Cristalla is a nice choice.
