Buyer beware — STAY AWAY. Bought a Groupon for a manicure, but at the appointed time I mistakenly went to a different salon with the same name. I waited for a while before they were ready for me, then found out I was in the wrong place. My mistake, but mistakes happen. I immediately called to let them know and to ask about rescheduling. They were very rude and unprofessional. They complained that they had an hour booked for my appointment and nothing else available, but could give me 20 minutes if I came right in. I said I did not pay for 20 minutes, plus that wasn’t enough time for even a basic manicure. After the call I checked with Groupon to see about a refund, and discovered they had redeemed my Groupon voucher! Without providing any service! The salon I went to by mistake told me that other customers had come in by mistake before me… did they redeem their vouchers and steal their money, too? I immediately filed a complaint with Groupon and got my money refunded. Stay away from this business!

I couldn’t have butchered my nails this bad if had done them myself *blindfolded*! This was a terrible experience that would make me consider never going to get mani-​pedi again. I wish I could attach photos of the poor job. The lady who did them was on the phone half the time and had poor hygiene. The service was terrible and quality unacceptable.

I bought a Groupon for a mani/​pedi, and had it done with Mai Linh. She did great work, and I found her to be very attentive, sweet — and fun! Great sense of humor. :~] I will be back to see her for another one!

I’ve come here a couple of times after a Groupon purchase and have had a wonderful experience each time! I’ve had a shellac manicure each time and the result has been flawless. I feel thoroughly pampered by the end of my experience! Everyone at the salon is very friendly and very customer service oriented. I will definitely be back!
